Meridian has been a good floor plan provider, easy to work with

I was offered free financing on my purchase but it turned out to be a hoax as I was required to pay in advance the value of the interest free period.
Secondly it was supposed to be withing 2 days but stretched to 4 then offered so late it became 5.
Some much for integrity!

The process took over a week. He did not return my calls. I asked for him to calculate the required down to keep my payment under a certain amount and he did not do it. Now my monthly payment is higher than I wanted it to be. He tried to add a $225 fee at the last minute even though the equipment dealer had already credited him the day before.

I applied for financing for a zero turn mower, I applied early may of 2025. My application was submitted and i waited for a phone call from Meridian. After a week i called the vendor and asked when i should receive a call they said i should have received one a day or two after they submitted my application. After a week and a half i finally received a call for meridian and they gathered the necessary information. Another week went by and no call back. I reached out and they said they should have an approval shortly. After another 3 days i got a call back saying i was approved. They then needed to make the contract for the loan. That took another week and once i received it the interest rate and down payment information was incorrect. They had to redo it and finally the information was correct. It then took another few days for them to send the vendor the info so they could then deliver the zero turn mower. In total it took 1 month to receive my mower. I think that is completely unacceptable. They are the slowest company i have ever dealt with and will Never be dealing with them again!!! Also everytime i reached out for an update the rep would rarely answer the phone sometimes for a couple of days! I suggest that no one deals with this company!!

they we're fast at getting approval and getting you into your equipment to start working. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for other equipment purchases.

The company can Improve the process of signing documents. Some documents went back and forth between us a couple times because of errors on the documents.
