Great partner
Service from Maude is the best on the market. Anthony is also really helpfull and involve when needed.
Structure/rate are good.
Credit: Way more tight than before and vs the competition. See more declined than before and vs competition. We experience some deals that have been sent to Meridian first with a declined, sent to CWB and approved as sumitted. You didn have any exposure.
Collection team: Really weak. Bad communication, Always the last lender to be involve when there is a bankruptcy that involve several lenders.
Partnership is really good in general.
