Dresses came. They were not even close to the ones in the picture. I asked to return them for a refund and they said I had to pay for return shipping. It was $27 to return them. I sent them back July of 2020 and wrote to them constantly asking for my refund. They gave me a bogus return address and now 8 months later they just came back to me. Useless dresses and no refund. This company is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I am a new customer and will never be again. I ordered back in April, a top and a dress.
I got the top 4 months later, dress never came. My most recent inquiry about my dress was last week and was responded with "We're so sorry the dress is out of stock, would you like a refund?"
After 6 MONTHS do I get this message.
Shouldn't you know your own inventory??
Why was I able to put it in the cart and pay for it, if the dress was out of stock?
I would like to mention that the top came from China.
Which explains the very long wait time.
I made sure they knew I was going to give them a bad review.

Beware!! I wish I could give zero stars. Items did not fit and no packing slip or return address on package or website. Customer service email offered $5 refund and to let me keep items (even though they don't fit) only after I was required to send a picture of the unworn items. I refused the $5 offer then communication with cs went silent. Scam!

Meridress posts photos of original designs and sells knockoff versions. I placed an order not realizing it was a China-based company. After I figured it out, I requested numerous times to cancel my order. Their response each time was we will ship your order soon. They completely ignored my requests to cancel. It was weeks before my item was shipped. I was not happy they repeatedly ignored my requests to cancel over that 3-4 week period. My item arrived and the quality was actually good, but the dress was not the same as their photos. I hate it. I'll never wear it. Complete waste of $40. I'm happy I didn't order more. I posted a photo of what I got and what the website shows side by side on Instagram. I tagged @meridress_official in my post so you can find it. I later found the original photos of some of their images proving they sell knock offs. I notified the fashion bloggers their images were stolen by Meridress.

Took two months to arrive. The dress I ordered was such poor quality and looked nothing like the photo. The color was green vs the blue I ordered. Return policy is impossible. Do not buy from Meridress.

I too wish I could have given them a zero. It took over three months to receive the items and the season to wear them was over. I asked to return more than once and finally they said yes BUT it would have to go to China and I would have to pay return shipping. This company should be investigated! It is truly a rip off. Unfortunately, because they have ads on social media, it becomes an impulse purchase. I will not order clothing from an ad on social media again. Companies like this ruin it for legit companies. Runnnnn!!

Run away, if there was an option for ZERO that is correct. Took 75 days to receive, quality looks like a zero, was a gift for daughter and GF and I'm embarrassed to even present. Tried to return yet that was impossible, would have to return to China

GARBAGE!

This place is a hack! I ordered 250 dollars worth of "clothing" from this place and it was NOTHING like the description on their site. A 40 dollar top that looked so cute online, it arrived as a t-shirt...terrible material and could have bought it at Walmart for 4.99.
I have a claim with PayPal for a refund, as the company is telling me I need to pay to have it all sent back to CHINA! 106 that would cost me!

Only giving 1 star because I can't check no stars. This company is the worst...poor quality material. Shipping took forever and still arguing over a refund for returning items and my expidited shipping that were 1 month late. Horrible communication also. Stay away!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. These products come from china. Took 2 months to get the shirt THEN it didn't even have a label in it. The shirt didn't fit. THEN i had to return it back to CHINA for a refund.

Buyer beware on sizes and return policy. Also I paid 90+ dollars for 3 items but custom value says 10 each.

This company is a rip off. They use many different names. Their merchandise is sub-par and they will not make refunds. They suggest that if you don't like their merchandise that you give it away to someone and they keep your money.
I actually found their address in China and shipped my merchandise back over a month ago, but they won't acknowledge my emails nor have I received a refund. The rating says 1 but I give them a below 0.

I finally received the order and the clothing is a joke. Zipper broken in one item, another item has a sleeve over sewn so you can hardly even get your arm in the sleeve and another top is so thin you can see thru it. Even if that’s how it’s suppose to be it doesn’t come close to the actual pic of it. The sizing also is a joke the arm holes on sleeveless tops are so big you can see half my bra... just ridiculous.

Ordered 3 items at the beginning of June. 2 and a 1/2 months later still no sign of them. They keep saying they're gonna contact shipping. But nothing! Just a bunch of incorrect English responses

Does anyone know if there is a lawsuit against this company. Asking since I myself also got scammed by these people.

Items received were NOT as advertised...prints were cheap and tacky and did not look like they did online. When I sent an email to return the items, I was told I would have to pay for shipping and “it would take too long so it’s not worth it, maybe see if anyone you know would like items as a gift” (verbatim from the reply email!!!). I will never shop here again and would advise everyone to do the same. Unfortunate loss on my part, I would give them 0 stars if possible because I hate seeing genuine people scammed out of their money.

3 damaged items were delivered after waiting over a month for delivery. Attempted to return for a refund. Was offered $8 for all 3 items. Quality of clothing is terrible. Very cheap items. Don’t do it.

As many others have said, this company is a scam. Everything is manufactured and shipped from China. The quality is subpar at best - the material on most items is sheer, with threads coming out all over the place. To add insult to injury, I paid ~$30-$40 dollars each for the three items I purchased, but when they (finally) arrived, they have price stickers that said U.S. value = $10. The $10 value makes sense based on how crappy the products are, so needless to say, I will never order from them again. Beware!

I would give this company 0 stars if I had the option. The clothes are very cheaply made. They don't look at all like the pictures from their website. And forget trying to return. I was told it would be too expensive to return the items and maybe I could give them to someone who would like them. Do not buy from this company.
