We are the leading platform on the European market with over 11 years of experience in the industry. The customer satisfaction is very imporant to us, therefore each Client has 14 days to give up the account and get a refund if he or she is not satisfied with our services.

Our staff does our best to increment the safety between the users of the platform. Thanks to our procedures, we have managed to significantly decrease the occurence of fraud on our platform, which still happens sometimes, but very rarely. We admit that our procedures are not perfect, therefore, we cannot exclude by 100% a possibility that a given company stops fulfilling their obligations towards the clients at some point. For this reason, we always advise caution when dealing with new sellers, as we do not offer guarantee on the transactions between the buyers and sellers. We mention about it in many places on our platform, including our Terms and Conditions, which are accepted by each user at registration. We also have articles in our Guildelines concerning good practices to avoid becomming a victim of fraud.

Please note that we aim at making our platform scam-free. Therefore, apart from our verification procedures, we also monitor the offers and new sellers, and in the case of suspicion of any fraudulent behaviour we act immediately by carrying out additional verification and blocking the account of the person suspected of it. If we are unable to complete additional verification, the clients who were in contact with the person suspected of fraudulent behaviour receive a warning email about it. We never ignore the users reporting any problem to us. We always respond as soon as possible. If the fraud was actually committed, we inform our clients that they should report it immediately at their local police station and to the Interpol. We are able to provide all the necessary information about the user to the police agent investigating the case, and we inform our clients about it. Unfortunately, our experience shows that the users of the platform very rarely report fraud to the police, therefore, we are unable to help them. We are sorry if this causes anyone to feel disappointed, and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

We are a wholesale trading platform, which means that all the goods advertised on Merkandi belong to the sellers verified by us, and we do not intermediate in the sales. To make purchase or inquire about the products, one needs to contact each seller on our platform directly. To do so, they need to go to the offer they are interested in and use one of the available contact options. We are sorry if sending an email or calling a company on Merkandi is difficult to some of our Clients. We are constantly working on implementing news changes to the platform in order to make the user expierence even more convenient, and our Customer Service is open for any beginner who needs our guidence.

With the restrictions in place, we take care of our users' data. Registering for a Premium account gives you access to sellers' reviews as well as to the contact details of the sellers. We believe that every review allows you to choose the right seller. Each of them is different, because the situation and emotions behind them were preceded by a specific situation.

The rating and opinions available in the sellers' profiles give you the possibility to choose the best business partner.

The refund can be made within 14 days from the day of registration of an account on Merkandi. We make every effort to write back to all emails in the shortest possible time.

The Seller's regulation require the sellers to provide only true information in the offers, therefore the goods offered for sale must match the description. If a buyer receives some goods that do not match the description they should contact the seller to discuss a possibility of refund or replacement. To enhance this process, we offer a system of rating and opinions. Our experience shows that the sellers do their best in order to avoid negative opinions on Merkandi, which may greatly damage their reputation on the platform and deter the other clients. Merkandi has already taken some steps to facilitate the process of deactivating invalid offers by the sellers. Right now, each seller can set an expiry date for each offer, so that it will be archived after the indicated time. And if someone has regular stock of the same products, they can set the offer as 'permanent' and automatically refresh it every 2 weeks. We hope that these solutions will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and we are looking forward to any suggestions that could increase it even further. We give sellers the possibility to automatically refresh their offers as well as to control their availability. Please note that attractive offers make the goods sell very quickly because of their competitive prices, so we cannot guarantee that all active offers will be still valid when you contact the sellers.
