Couldn’t ask for better!
Immediate response to my enquiry with the technical team (Paddy) to having an email reply confirmation of new shower seals being provided and posted free of charge.
Fantastic service and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly commended.

WE had a bespoke glass shower cabinet fitted by Merlyn 9 yrs ago and the door seal needed replacing. Unfortunately i had not been unable to find a suitable replacement online
I then contacted Merlyn via their contact page and the response was rapid, efficient and extremely helpful.
Patrick was able to identify the part we needed and placed it on order immediately.

I have had a Merlyn shower enclosure for several years and recently contacted the spare parts team for a price to purchase some replacement seals. They contacted me and said they had shipped the parts free of charge. Brilliant service, I will definitely buy another shower from them.

I have two Merlyn showers, both are now 10 years or more old. Both in normal daily use. As would be expected door seals wear and need replacement from time to time. Merlyn still support and supply replacement parts which in this day is a rare thing. Thank you Merlyn.

We have a Merlyn series 6 shower for the last 10 years and we love it still. Merlyn are great to deal with. I ordered some replacement plastic seals the other day and a new waste trap and they arrived first thing the next morning.

The Merlyn shower enclosure - wasn't the cheapest but is a quality product - fitting was an art - the plumber I used says he 'hates' frameless enclosures as they are notoriously difficult to get watertight,
But here's the + - Merlyn have a guarantee and tech support!! Where they sent their local Tech Guy to site - he did some adjustments - only a mm here and there - but it now closes well - and it now doesn't leak!! I had it too tight on the bottom seal thinking that was the best way to seal the bottom of the door - wrong!! but wouldn't have had the where with all to adjust like the Tech Guy did!!
When I spoke to the supplier I bought it through he said not many companies (if any) offer this level of support!!!
So as well as being a quality product you also get quality support - worth knowing.
And I would use again knowing this is provided - if needed - there was no it's your problem now about them. I was impressed.

Instant response to my email, offered a quick and easy method to choose exactly what I wanted, order placed straight away, and a very kind gesture was much appreciated. This company treats its customers with courtesy and consideration. It is efficient and easy to deal with. Why doesn’t every company operate like this one? As an installer I was tasked with installing a shower enclosure/door that was a display model purchased by my client in a Chadwicks builders providers branch,upon installation I discovered that the supplied assembly did not suit the existing shower tray,the door did not meet the side glass to create a water tight seal,it was 50mm short,even though I didn't purchase this door I decided to contact the manufacturer/supplier,I spoke at length to a technical sales person,Paul O'Carrol,he was extremely helpful,he sent the remedial parts immediately to the wholesalers where my client originally purchased the shower door including extra parts to cover any unforseen complications,these parts arrived within 24hrs,the parts supplied resolved the problem immediately.
I was extremely happy with the level customer service I received even though I wasn't the original point of sale customer.
I would highly recommend Merlyn Showers,the end product looks wonderful and in particular with regard to after sales service if needed

Patrick Brennan was so professional and really helpful dealing with my problem. Was after a part that had broken he found the part and dispatched it out to me. It arrived and in 3 days and was perfect. Could not ask for better service, Patrick a credit to your team. Many thanks much appreciated

Contacted Merlyn spares department using telephone number to describe spare required. Quickly answered and spare sent at no charge. Unfortunately this was the wrong item. Contacted again and described item in greater detail. Correct spare sent at no charge. Very easy and quick service.

I contacted Merlyn about a problem with our shower and, after just a few emails, Patrick Brennan arranged for a replacement part to be sent to us free of charge. It arrived a few days later, and the shower is now as good as new. Excellent service throughout!

The shower door is great. I needed a new seal as I broke mine and the company were very helpful in supplying me replacements! Thanks Andrew

Following a part failure of our over bath shower screen, and subsequent enquiry with Merlyn, Patrick went over and above to remedy the issue and provided a replacement within the week, which was easily installed and enabled the shower down time to be minimised.
