MERQEN advertising on TIKTOK

18.3.24 on Tiktok I saw a nice shirtdress for an acceptable price and ordered 2 of them and paid. On 4.4.24 I received 2 dresses but not the shown and ordered design, they also had the wrong size.
5.4.24 I sent an email to the contact mailadress they offered in their orderconfirmation but that does not work.
7.4.24 I filled in the contactform on the website but untill now no reaction. I gave them here 1 star, which is obviously already far too much!

This is a scam website

Doesn't have a proper "Contact Us" form. The email they give for customer support doesn't exist. On top of all of that, my package hasn't been delivered and the tracking number given is not real.
