At least the other reviewers received the product - I’m still waiting for mine! Ordered 6 January 2020. Now 28 February 2020. According to “customer service” Kaus (I’m convinced I’m dealing with a series of computers, not real people) I should check with my neighbours and the post office sorting office to see if they have a £12.99 tube of mould remover. I’ve gone from politely requesting they send a replacement for the missing goods to demanding reimbursement. As soon as I realised I was dealing with a company in China, I knew my chances of decent customer service was dead in the water. I’ve told many friends and they all have tales of rubbish service from China. In future I shall double check and if the goods are being sent from China, I shan’t place an order. They cannot be relied upon to fulfil their commitments.

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Bought mould remover gel, took around a month to arrive in the UK.

Arrived crushed in an envelope and tube half empty. Packaging different to that pictured on website, all in Mandarin with no English instructions.

Repeatedly tried emailing the company for a refund, but all emails being returned undelivered no matter what I try.

My experience seems to be pretty standard. The order took weeks to arrive, and when it did, the product had been crushed, and had exploded everywhere. What I’ve opened is a soggy, half empty tube/box, which smells very strongly of chemicals.
Unfortunately all of the packaging is in Chinese, so I am unable to read the contents or the instructions (is this even legal??)
I contacted the company over a week ago, but have received no response (unsurprisingly).

Just stay well away from this company.

I have the same experience as others. Took ages to arrive, arrived in crushed condition, the tube seemed to be half empty when I used it. All instructions in Chinese. Luckily I could get my Singaporean daughter in law to tell me how to use it. No response to my request for instructions in English. I am currently waiting for 7 hours following the first application. If it works well, it might just get me to give them 2 stars, but customer service is very poor so they only deserve 1. They advertise on Facebook and someone ought to tell Facebook about them. Maybe me!

As other people have reported, merryferris is a Chinese company pretending to be UK based by using a UK domain and listing prices in pounds. The product took over 3 weeks to arrive and was all in Chinese. They have an automated complaints system, so you can't even get them to send English instructions. If you want to return the product, they make you pay return shipping to China or offer you a 20% discount.

Bought an anti mould product I saw advertised but when it arrived it was all crushed and had leaked everywhere. And then I discover that I could have bought the same product at least £10 cheaper from
Amazon and not had to wait so long!! Do not use!

Same experience as others. Took a long time for the product to arrive so chased by email. When it did finally arrive there were no english instructions and no indication of the ingredients. When I looked back at the web page it did say that the materials were sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite but no indication of the percentage of each.
Sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite are the constituent parts of household bleach but whether this has the same proportions as bleach I have no idea. Whatever the proportions,
selling it without safely information is potentially dangerous. Stick to products produced nearer to home unless you can read Chinese and know what you are using.

I also foolishly ordered the mould removing gel. Ordered it on the 10th Jan 2020 and it has still not arrived. Wish I’d seen the reviews on here before I ordered or I wouldn’t have bothered. Believed this to be a UK or European based company and that the instructions would be in English. By the sound of it, even if it does arrive I won’t know how to use it!! Grrr!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! I ordered a knife sharpener which came damaged (and dreadful quality) I asked to return it for a replacement. Just get automated replies asking you for information you previously sent.

I ordered a tube of a mould remover from Merryferris on 4th January and first I did not hear anything of the delivery within a week, so I sent them a series of emails and finally got an reply, that they had run out of the stock, but would send the stuff when they again have it. I finally got it on 30th January, but there were no instructions and all the text in the box and tube were only in Chinese. I wrote immediately an email to the customer service and asked for English instructions how to use the chemical, but never got a reply. Luckily I have some Chinese friends who could translate the instructions, which included some rather important information. In addition, the price according to the envelope should have been USD 5.01, but I paid GBP 12.99, so also the pricing is a rip-off. What it more important though, I believe that it is illegal - and definitely immoral - to send such relatively dangerous chemicals without use of instructions. I will never order anything from this company.

As others have said this is a Chinese company posing as uk based. I ordered the mould remover. It has arrived after about a month- all writing in Chinese- no instructions or ingredients- will not be using product. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

Very very poor service does not reply to email hides behind .co.uk and the shipping took 26days to arrive with no communication I only found out it was coming from China by phoning the shipping company but the final straw was that this is a chemical based and there is nothing to say anything about the use or the DANGERS all writing or markings on box and tube are in Chinese So my advise avoid at all cost this company does not measure up to basic trading standards or health and safety standards

I'd rather not give any stars, but you have to use 1. Same experience as everyone else who has reviewed - no item and no contact after chasing for 3 days. Don't buy anything from them, definitely a scam.

SCAM SCAM = Total disgrace - luckily only ordered a cheap item. Do not buy from this bunch of crooks!!! Never received item - They do not respond to e mails.

If I could scratch the above star off I would the only reason it's on one so I can complain

Look before you buy

Placed an order, Item never arrived. Company does not respond to e-mails. Have had to open PayPal dispute to try and get my money back.
Dreadful company.
Do NOT buy from them if you value your sanity.

I fell for an ad on Facebook but like others - the item has not been delivered yet after almost 3 weeks. The Facebook page has vanished and emails to the company get an automated response. Clearly a scam.

Currently been waiting 19 days for my order.
I’m very glad I only spent £12 with them.
I will not be making that mistake again.
Facebook should have better methods for vetting promoted advertisers.

ordered some items was advised they would be with me within 5 days. ha what a joke on their website it says my item has been dispatched? courier company dont even have the item tracking. Bad very bad would never use them again, and advise nobody should.

Purchased a dust daddy from Merryferris. It said it was a universal fit. It does not fit a Dyson which is probably one of the most common vacuums there is. The flexible tubes are rigid so all in all not fit for purpose. They Offered me a 20% refund if I dont return it, or i have to cover the cost of returning it to China and take a chance on them refunding my money. But as they have lied about product I wont be relying on them refunding any money. My advice would be stay clear of this company and order your goods from somewhere else.
