Chris arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing and explained what was hapening and why he was doing things in 'easy to understand terms'. When he finshed he left everything clean and tidy.

I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. He came to our home today and flushed our system. He is polite so professional and such a hard worker. Chris explained everything to us as he went along. Only for the noise of the machine he used. You would not know he was there. No mess left at all, Word of mouth is the best way to get business and I can see why a family member told me to call Chris at Mersey Flush.

Boiler stopped working within 12 hours of them leaving, had never had an issue with it until then. They are not gas safe registered so should not work on boilers and would not contribute anything towards resolving the issue. The boiler was beyond repair so we had to pay for a new one, at which point we discovered from the gas safe registered engineer who did the work for us that the magnetic filter had not been put in the right place to protect the boiler, so we had to get a new one of those fitted also.
I employed this company to power flush my domestic central heating system as the lounge radiator was not working properly. They did but had to return as the radiator continued to not work. They 'fixed' it again and it worked for a day! I have contacted them on numerous occasions since and they have not responded.
