She was the literal best, so understanding and patient and incredibly timely with responding to my emails.
Superb service, just gotta love yourself some Mertra, whether it’s the garms or the staff, you gon be looked after!

This company is a total scam, my son ordered a very expensive hoodie, no sign of it after 2 months. No customer service, fake London address, email and phone number. Don’t go near them.

I was offered a refund and the item was successfully returned on 30/01/2026 and is now 18/02/2026 and still they have not given me the refund and are ignoring all my messages. Awful customer service

Yesterday i bought the Mertra X Slawn gloves, but then they send the Mertra techincal gloves instead,
I have contacted Mertra multiple times and gotten no answer.

Mertra's customer service was exceptional. I ordered the wrong size items for my son and wanted to organise to send them back and exchange them. I wasn't hopeful, knowing how popular this brand is. Anj at Mertra couldn't have been more helpful. It took a while, but we got an exchange on one item and received a credit for the other item, that was out of stock in the size he wanted. It took a while but was sorted in the end and my son is super happy.

I had to return the product for customs on my country, but the support team was super helpful and attentive

Excellent customer service. My order was unfortunately lost during shipping, but the brand handled the situation very professionally. They reshipped my order very quickly and, on top of that, offered store credit for the next drop along with early access. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the process. I’ll definitely order again!

Customer service was amazing. I had an issue with one of my items, and they explained exactly how I could resolve it. Since the item was faulty, they also provided me with a store credit code for my next purchase. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Unlike many other brands, they respond quickly and take responsibility when something goes wrong. The service was a solid 10/10, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future.

Merra- Official clothing website does not respond to e-mails about return. clothing material is cheap. defiantly not worth it.

ordered the Lyra High-Neck Wrap Coat in an XS. it fits slack and doesn't hold its shape. feels like a big towel over the body.

I have made an order on Dec 26. On Dec 29 I got a confirmation that the order was sent and a DHL number to track my order. Since then nothing happened. I have sent them three emails and a message on Instagram, no answer. It seems that company is not serious and if nothing happens quickly I will file a claim and make sure that company is reimbursing me quickly !

I will be honest my package was a bit delayed but it’s only happened once and the customer service was phenomenal, also the hoodie was very much so worth the wait. 10/10
