What can I say even if I had an issue the way that Michael Thompson handled any issues and his sensative customer service skills kept me ordering over and over again excellent customer service by Michael no issues. The product I ordered was great had a little bit of issue with the postal office but Michael was super helpful always there kept me informed and checked on everything MesoPro is a great company Meso Pro is lucky to have somebody in customer service like Michael Thompson thank you Michael

I bought very expensive Pelo Baum hair products on Meso Pro.
The shampoo and conditioner expire in one month. Customer service replied that I quote "IT'S ABSOLUTELY OK" with capital letters. I just want to inform you that this products contain peptides and will be useless after expiration date if not already. Besides that a person cannot use up a shampoo in one month even if you wash your hair everyday.
There was also a hair solution which was half empty for the reason I don't know. Either it was meant to be like that or it has leaked out or someone has already used it. They offered me to send it back to them and if the seal wasn't damaged they would refund the money. But how would I know that the bottle was half empty if I didn't open the box which required removing the seal?
Most importantly the conditioner bottle was broken, the neck of it is cracked and barely attached to the body of the bottle so all the product is leaking out of it. They chose to simply ignore this claim.
I do not recommend anyone to shop on this website as not only they sell products that are about to expire, they send products in broken packages and the worst of all the customer service is very rude and incompetent.
