Unprofessional, unacceptable behaviour! Stopped the service without any notification, freeze my balance and they do not refund it, introduced post-factum the monthly fee of 30 euro. I am out of this non-sense.

I’ve been using Messaggio for a while now, but I’m disappointed with the recent changes. They introduced a €36 monthly fee, which has significantly increased my monthly expenses—nearly tripling what I was paying before. The only notification I received was one email, just two weeks before the fee went into effect. I also couldn’t find any information about this new fee on their website. When I reached out for clarification, I didn’t receive any response. I understand businesses need to adjust their pricing, but the lack of communication and transparency has left me feeling frustrated. I would recommend being cautious if you’re considering Messaggio.

Very bad and unqualified technical support, they don't understand anything and they keep copy and past the same message with a link. i wasted my time creating an account and then following step by step their useless guide, and finally nothing works and their plugin can't be found anywhere. then i contacted the support via WhatsApp, and you can't imagine the stupidity and negligence from their technical support. i highly don't recommande this waste of time.

Our development stopped. Because of the time response of that "great service".
Please pay attention. That support is a total bottom. We are already can't get a response for almost 24 hours, and our request for moderation is still being not processed for almost 76 hours.
Moreover of it we have already paid the money.
