Very highly recommend, super swift turnaround.
Placed my order with Mess Dress on a Wednesday evening, Thursday they called me to confirm positioning of medals, Friday morning the medals arrived by tracked postage. Absolutely delighted with the standard and quality of the workmanship. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this company and will be to my colleagues.

Quite remarkable service
Quite remarkable service (in this day and age). Ordered at 09:45 Wednesday, mail received 2 hours later (11:45) confirming dispatch. Delivered by Royal Mail at 13:35 on Thursday. Less than 28 hours from order to delivery! Impressive!

Speedy delivery of replacement court mounted miniature medals
Bit of a panic yesterday because I couldn’t find my miniatures and needed them for a dinner this evening. Quick phone call to mess.dress.com to order a new set yesterday morning and they arrived this morning by 1pm special delivery. Great set and well mounted. Ironically I found my original set this morning but not disappointed - the new ones look much better!

Excellent service. Sent my medals to be remounted on the Thursday, received them back Saturday. Most impressed and very satisfied with the completed work. Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Incredibly fast!
I sent a third medal to be remounted with the other 2 I already have (both miniature and full size sets) on a Wednesday at 1600 and they were returned by 1100 on the Friday, and a perfect job too. They had also sent an email on the Thursday morning confirming they were on their way back, effectively 4 working hours after I put them in the post! It was so fast I had to ring to check they had the right order! 😁 Really impressive service! Keep it up! 👍

I have now used the Mess Dress on three occasions, and considering I am mailing my medals to a location over 200 hundred miles from my house, I have always felt secure in their keeping. Quality of work is very good and dispatched back to me within three days (including over a weekend) by registered post. Called to clarify what I wanted despite having placed instructions in my initial post to them, just to make sure everything was ok
