Facebook aka META … messenger is a trash app too! You’ll get disabled for trying to support their wack azz company. 1.0 stars out of 5.0 can’t wait until this site shuts down along w instagram!

My account has been hacked - my email and password that is linked to it changed, yet hacker has kept my phone number as a means of access! All the items I had for sale on marketplace have gone and I'm totally unable to change or edit anything as my details don't tally with it anymore! There's no way of directly contacting Facebook and I'm of the opinion that it's an inside job as even to try and change the hackers username doesn't work! Disgusting, there should be an email address or direct phone number to speak to a real person?? I tried one of the people others were saying could help me but they wanted £200 to recover and reinstate my account - absolututely hitting head against brick wall!!! 😞

Since august, 2021 until now I have purchased several items thru marketplace. All orders were paid for at time the orders were placed and all have been posted to my bank or credit card. I also have order confirmation and tracking numbers.
5 different purchases are not responding to my inquiry about where are my products. The seller is not responding nor or they updating info about the tracking. two sellers have deleted the tracking number and will not respond to emails. Phone calls say the line has been disconnected.
Facebook has been notified about each individual issue and has done NOTHING to assist. They continue to allow the sellers to advertise on marketplace.
When I go to the web page, it says call XXX. When I cal, a recording says they no longer respond by phone but to use the web page.
The marketplace function of Facebook is unworthy of my business. They definately need to improve their customer relation service and post better information on how to contact and speak with a person.

It has its bugs but its the most popular soo.. they will fix it

Absolute sack of poo I use messenger for my business as people can message that way and choose to, its been showing 2 now 3 messages there but when I look for them there are none, I've reported the issue several times over the last year but no one gets back to me or fixes it. A multimillion pound company with zero staff on hand to help with issues caused by their own multimillion pound software!

No good meta flatform

Horrible. Facebook used to let your write posts at other pages. Now, you are FORCED to use Messanger.
I refuse because even when I wrote posts and presented a biblical opposing view, my posts would be deleted. Definitely not open-minded.

FB messenger, should butt out of peoples private conversations. I have a 30 day ban, because these tossers at FB don't like my so called private conversations. It's no wonder why FB is losing favor to other chat apps.

Forces stories at you in an attempt to copy functionality of other better apps. Does nothing to promote privacy, the encrypted messages being an afterthought rather than the default.

Specifically about desktop messenger - It was good! Then they changed it - clicking on icons brings up the wrong thing you can't see who's available for chats any more as it runs horizontally instead of vertically - why why why did they do it? It's not useable any more. Back to main online messenger for me.
