I purchased the Premium version of RegistrationMagic a few months ago after trying many alternatives. I wanted a sophisticated plugin which would cover my login and registration requirements, as well as allowing the creation and management of any other form I might need. Although there are numerous plugins which allow the creation of user registrations and logins, not many provide the proper management of the process. RegistrationMagic offers full control to gather any information required, send notifications, request feedback confirmations (if required), reset passwords, etc. etc. It’s very flexible and covers every Use Case that I have. However, after I bought the plugin, I was disappointed to find not all the features worked for me. I did some testing and came to the conclusion the issues were connected to my Gutenberg block editor using Spectra, as everything worked fine using a classic editor with an Astra theme. Anyway, I raised a ticket with little expectation of any resolution of the issues, but to my surprise Metagauss got back to me straight away. They agreed that they needed to sort out my problems urgently, and started working on the issues. After many email exchanges I can now say that I have a beautiful login and registration setup on my site. This is one of the best experiences of support I’ve ever had.

Regarding the price, I’d expect such a Premium product to be very expensive, but it’s not! My original purchase is for 1 site and costs $89.00 for the full feature set. I now plan to upgrade to the Premium+ version which costs $189.00 for an unlimited number of sites which is fantastic value. Many of their competitors charge much more for fewer features. The most popular provide hundreds of template forms which they claim mean you don’t have to do anything apart from just plug them in. But none of the templates will be exactly what you want and they will have to be tweaked anyway, so it would be just as easy to create exactly what is needed from scratch using RegistrationMagic. Anyway, who needs hundreds of forms? You’re paying for a load of stuff you’ll never need.

One thing to note is that RegistrationMagic is very sophisticated as it allows almost total flexibility. The downside to this is that setting everything up is a little complex. The learning curve will be longer than with a simpler plugin. There is not much that the developers could do about this as the interface is well designed. The UI is straightforward and the settings are logical…but it might take a few hours to get familiarized with them all. The good news is that there are loads of great informative videos on the internet along with a ton of information. Anyway, if you get stuck, I’m sure the support team from Metagauss will be glad to help as they did for me.

I have been a long term user of RegistrationMagic, and had to never look beyond this amazing plugin for all my website related registration workflows. Metagauss has been keeping up with evolving technology and introduced meaningful updates over the time. Special thanks for Stripe payments. Also a word for highly knowledgeable support team. These guys sure know what they talk about.

Metagauss plugins are some of the most well thought of from design and usability perspectives. I loved the intuitive workflow and the great support provided by the team whenever I needed it. EventPrime seating extension helped me to setup the required arrangement within minutes.

Metagauss plugins and services are remarkable. Loved using ProfileGrid to setup my site that had large number of users and groups. My primary requirements of having a monetisation from groups and providing site specific social media wall features were available right out of the box with the plugin. Recommended!

Back in May, I was running into all sorts of trouble trying to setup my website before a major impeding event. I realised bit too late that my system requirements were not readily available to be served by some of the plugins I tried. With little hope and readying myself for compromise, I wrote to Metagauss support (authors of EventPrime plugin) explaining my situation. And voila! They responded within hours, offering plugin, customization, and support all in one go! Despite being little weary, I decided to give it a try. And withing two weeks, they had my site events up and running perfectly. They even covered for the specification scenario that I hadn't thought of. My huge thanks to them and I will highly recommend them if you have custom requirements about your system.

If you want plugins that will frustrate your clients, will work one day and not the next, and will make you look bad, then try their stuff. I use their full suite on two of my clients' sites and even paid them three times to make alterations, and still their products cause me nothing more than aggravation. They make an attempt to fix their issues, hence the second star, but when you have a frustrated customer, waiting for support two days later via email at 3 in the morning doesn't really help. I've given my best to make lemonade out of these lemons, but after months of problems, I have to advise you look elsewhere. Their plugins are just not well QA'd and are nothing but problems.

I used their WordPress product EventPrime and it seemed to be working initially, than I also bought an extension but it was broken and bugged in many parts. I asked for help but I had no answer, I also asked a refund but still no care.
They act like scammers, please do not even consider using their products nor give them money.

I bought their full product, then after spending some considerable time trying to work it with another of their premium products, I asked for help. 24 hours later I was actually told that I could do what I wanted, without any attention what so ever to actually help me. Pathetic. AVOID IF YOU CAN! Woeful. Dreadful. Embarrassing! And well.... they just don't seem to care much after accepting your money!!
