Better packaging re delivery
Better packaging re delivery, my delivery was in an envelope with tears, nearly certain it was open before I received it. My privacy means a lot to me. It is possible my package was opened before I received it as the envelope looked that way, it was no longer sealed or sticky when I opened it. Disappointing re delivery package. I feel you can do better in this regard.

Excellent product and service but strange formulation.
Excellent product and service. However, I find that Multi Essentials Men contains unnecessarily high amounts of certain nutrients, particularly vitamin B12 (16,000% NRV), vitamin B6 (1,786% NRV), and zinc (250% NRV). While high-potency formulations may be useful in specific situations, these levels seem excessive for long-term daily use by healthy individuals.
I am also concerned about the balance between zinc and copper. The product contains a relatively high level of zinc but a comparatively low amount of copper, which may not be ideal for long-term daily supplementation.
I would prefer a more balanced formulation that provides nutrients closer to daily requirements while still supporting overall health. Because of the very high potency, I choose to take the tablet only once a week rather than daily.
I hope Metagenics will consider offering a version with more moderate and balanced nutrient levels that is better suited for long-term maintenance and everyday use.

Good products but service is slower & value for money not as good as previously
I still like the products as much as ever. Excellent quality.
However, delivery was at most 2 days before Metagenics took over Nutri-Advanced. Now it can take a week.
The other thing my friends & I notice is that Nutri Advanced always had offers on … 3 for 2/ BOGOF etc, but these are few and far between now and’s are never as good as they were before. Some of my friends and I are looking for cheaper alternatives for the items we use each & every day e.g Mag Glycinate

MegaMag Perimeno Plus
I had been recommended this company by a nutritionist. I am in perimenopause and I have suffered extreme night flashes, sugar cravings and mood swings. None of them have totally gone, however I feel a lot more in control and my sleep quality has a lot to do with it. I am taking MegaMag* Perimeno Plus. It’s a lovely drink in the evening before bed, it has definitely improved my sleep quality. My sugar cravings aren’t as bad and my feeling of being overwhelmed is under control too. I did have extreme cramping when I got my periods and a heaviness. Like the other symptoms, it has not gone completely, however there has been a change to my ability to handle the symptoms. I paid for a subscription and there is a small break between each delivery, perhaps 5 days. The product is tasty and soft on the tummy, I’ve had no problems with customer service of the product.

The scoop length is way too short compared to how narrow the top of the container is. Can hardly get it out and this is now when the container is still full
