Misleading promises about delivery
Misleading promises about delivery, bad customer service. I had to ask every now and then about my order. Delivery delayed upto 1-2 months.

Good product, bad communication
The communication is not very good. You will not recieve an email once your parcel has been sent, nor a tracking number.
I got informed by swiss post the day before the parcel arrived.
The product however is very nice. The quality seems good, it looks like on the website abd was very well packaged.
So overall a product I would recommend tainted by bad communication pre-delivery.
