I joined MetaWin in 2024 and had a genuinely positive experience at first. The competitions were on-chain, winner selection was transparent using Chainlink, and support was very responsive. I believed they were building something special, and I participated heavily with full trust in the process.

However, in 2025 something changed — competitions began being drawn off-chain, win history became statistically unusual, and my win rate dropped to zero across over 1,000 competitions, even with similar entry amounts and the same participation style I used successfully before.

At one point, a MetaWin representative even advised me to use a basic VPN so I could access the games portion of the platform. I had never used a VPN before MetaWin, but I followed their guidance in good faith — believing this was acceptable since it was suggested by their support team.

It didn’t stop there:

My bonus rewards were “paused” and never paid out

MetaWinner NFTs were taken, acknowledged, but never returned

Customer support went from helpful → to silent

Telegram chats and previous support tickets have now been deleted

I was repeatedly told “we’ll get back to you after updates,” but no resolution ever came

I have reached out to them over 30 times across many months. I didn’t ask for special treatment — only for clarity and transparency. I still hope there is a fair explanation. If MetaWin resolves these issues, I will gladly update this review.

But as of now — the transparency that made MetaWin trustworthy has disappeared — and that is what concerns me most.

I’m sharing this not out of anger, but because other users deserve clarity on what has changed, especially since MetaWin is growing rapidly. If fairness truly matters to them, I hope they respond publicly and address these issues soon.

Never won and I believe now after testing it for 1 month that they manipulate the win rate.
If there is chance for winning with how much I spent I should have won some , stay away and dont try it

Honestly the most fun casino out there and now they just released the 0 house edge game best out here!!! Just be careful cause they’re alive. They don’t have life support unless you go through Discord so the potential for scamming is there. It’s honestly happened to me once 

Best web 3 casino at the moment, they are missing some providers but is fine, the best RTP in the game, everyone who comes crying is because they were not able to witdraw their winnings cause of their addiction, and they kept playing instead of withdrawing, don’t trust bad reviews about metawin, cause I’ve been olaying for years on many casino’s and metawin is the only casino that you can play and have fun and not get drained.

Customer service is horrible. The founders team (community manager and customer service specifically) are shockingly terrible at their jobs. Would be a really good move for the founder to hire a better team, or promote some of the more solid moderators in there. He must not pay attention to his employees, or else i'm sure he would have cleaned up shop a ways back.

Site is okay, but balance gets ripped very quickly compared to other sites i've played, and winning.. Well that's damn near impossible on metawin unless you're salon rouge (VIP). Only thing i'll say is good, is their competitions, but it's a lot of the same people winning. Other then that.. Stay far away.. Oh and most 5 star reviews were when Skel asked people to help the trust score by reviewing (and gave out free money for it)

So many people expect to win and forget they are gambling, I just can'tunderstand any negative comments. I've tried several online casinos and have never won like I have on Metawin, withdrawals and deposits are so quick and to make things even better the discord community is great. People to help, giveaways and just good vibes.

its a nice website where u can earn money. I got a bug in a game, instead of the fun mode it was the real mode. I just wanted to test some things out before playing for real. I reported it. they fixed the bug but said there wasnt a bug. Sadly i coudlnt do a screenshot of it, cause they were reworking that bug. lost a bit of money, but the trust in the service is broken

Wagered over 100k and never had any problems. Fair games, rtf for every game is listed. Really love Metawin and hope the Metawin token will be dropping soon ! Only issue for me is the support is on discord and I had one issue with referral but except that perfect

Very smooth experience on Metawin.
I've been playing for more than 1y and the support team is very efficient & understanding of the situation. It remains a casino so don't bite more than what you can chew but still pretty good rewards' program

I was hopeful when I signed up here. I was looking for a good site because of the crap BC Game site became and I was so disappointed. I dropped 400 and possibly played for an hour with a bonus round only hitting once. The slots on this platform seem to play way different almost like they are overlaying the slot with a replica and buffering the speed of the reels. Something isn't normal with this site and this is most likely a complete scam site now. It originally had promise imo from the Bitcointalk Forum reviews but not anymore STAY AWAY

This casino has gone from decent to downright predatory. When I started playing in late 2024, there was at least a balance of wins and losses that made it worth the time. Since Metamax, the site has become a complete money pit. You just get rinsed nonstop, with barely any wins to keep you going.

For context: before Metamax, I had 1,598 in rewards. After months of play, I’ve barely inched that up to 1,603. That’s after wagering over $500,000 here. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Customer service is an absolute joke. Instead of being helpful, they’re sarcastic, unprofessional, and clueless. The so-called “head of customer service,” Queen, is hands down the worst I’ve ever dealt with. She acts like running a Discord chat for a casino makes her important — when in reality she’s nothing more than a pawn in Skel’s scam of a “highest RTP casino on the internet.” She treats players with zero respect and comes across more like a bully than support staff.

Bonuses? Inconsistent at best. Weekly rewards are a coin flip, and monthly bonuses come with vague promises like, “by the end of the week, maybe.” Competitions? Rigged — the same 50 names win them every single time. Slots? They’ll eat your money faster than anywhere else I’ve played. Their original house games are easily some of the lowest RTP I’ve ever seen online.

To top it off, I even have video proof of wins not being added to my balance. That alone should disqualify them from calling themselves a “casino.”

If you value your money, your time, or basic respect as a customer, stay far away. This place is a trash heap run by greedy people who prey on working-class players while stroking the egos of a handful of whales who don’t realize they’re just lining the founder’s pockets.

Unable to close the account because you have to be on discord.. very poor all round, rewards pay nothing at all , you lose all the time. Like games pay nothing . Would avoid overall experience was horrendous. Plenty of better casinos to play at than this garbage site
