Tom was fantastic from discussing needs to explaining options for me to pick from - no hard sell, just technically explained the pros and cons of each option in plain English. He fitted with a fast turn around and even supported me to change the battery so could recharge it when I got stuck. Very kind gentleman and highly recommend.
Took time to site the solar panel in the correct position and then site the camera.
Checked it was working correctly and then a thorough explanation of ‘how it works’ given.
