Ordered a couple of things for my wife's birthday just to get an email 2 days later stating that "Please note, one or more of the items you have ordered is currently out of stock. These are due to arrive into us within the next 5 working days. As soon as this stock arrives, your order will be dispatched to you and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email advising your order tracking number."

Ordered 2 Me to You wedding mugs yesterday morning. The parcel was dispatched within an hour and arrived this morning, less than 24 hours after ordering! Very nicely packaged, superb quality and arrived in immaculate condition. Would definitely order from this company again.
