Professional Scam Alert – Lost ₹15,000 + Ad Spend to MetrixMedia.in

I am writing this to warn others about a dropshipping scam by MetrixMedia.in and its owner, Rahul. They lured me in through Facebook ads with an impressive demo, promising a high-earning Shopify store with full support and a 'proven' strategy selling their own women’s gift hampers.
After I paid them ₹15,000 for setup and ads, the reality was a disaster. Despite promising to handle customer calls, they forced me to do the confirmation calls myself. The results were terrible: an 80% RTO (Return to Origin) rate and extremely high ad costs.
When I asked for changes or a new product strategy, they completely ghosted me on WhatsApp and calls. I realized their business model is to make users pay for their product's marketing and shipping while they take the setup fee and the profit. I am going to officially file a fraud case with the Cyber Cell. Stay away from this firm."
