Good prices speedy delivery
After being let down by other suppliers I was lucky enough to find metro fixings, my order came quickly, the price was one of the lowest I found but more importantly they fulfilled my order in the time span I needed.

I have used Metro fixings several times…
I have used Metro fixings several times but I have been let down with my recent order.
Part order received on the 23th January phoned call centre and was told balance of order would be there next day . Following day came with out order phoned back on 25th January and was told he would look into this for me and I am still waiting on call back . Not a happy customer.

Great quality fixings, decent price, good communication around the order and quick delivery. A little more intuitive shopping purchase would have made it perfect - for example, suggesting correct fixings to go with the pieces I was looking at.
