I requested a withdrawal on Saturday morning, thinking, "Well, it's a modern platform - everything's instant these days." Yeah, right. The money has been sitting in "processing" status for two days now. I wrote to them in the chatm but git no answer, just an automatic reply, Same thing happened on Saturday. I had to wait until Monday and on;y then did it finally go through. On weekdays, actually, withdrawals go through just fine, so no complaints there. But this silence on weekends.... if you need money urgently it's a reaL headache. Support doesn't answer either, even though they say they're available 24/7. So-so.
This team allowd me to see what I could achieve as an investor. I made use of the broker's advice and the guides he proveded, and in just a year I started earning a regular income. During this time, I picked up a lot about investing, and it's honestly disappointing that this platform doesn't let users buy shares to get dividends. That seems to be the one drawback, so I ended up opening an account with a different platform.
I have been using Metroplustradings for about a month now. Everything appears to be working, though yesterday it froze again at the worst possible moment. I thought I had lost everything. In the end, I only lost a few minutes, but still. Support takes quite a while to reply; I waited at least half an hour. The charts are decent, but I wish there were more indicators, since it can get a little dull otherwise. The price is about average - I wouldn't call it cheap. I'm still deciding whether to keep using it or not.
I like the fact that they don't push bonuses I don't need on me. They told me about them, but didn't insist.
The more I get into trading, the more interesting it becomes. I've learnt a lot here, and every week I'm getting better at atrading and investing. My manager sends me educational materials that are genuinely helpful, rather than just adverts.
Customer support always replies within half an hour, and if the ussie is complex, they call you back and sort it our properly, rather than just sending out boilerplate replies.
I wanted to open a large position in gold, but came up against a limit of 20 lots per trade. I had to split the order into two parts. The spread ate some of my profit. Then I found out that I couldn't trade 15 minutes before release of important news. they say this is "risk protection". I'm a grown-up. I decide for myself when to take risks. The platform works, but these restrictions strike me as rather patronising.
I trade oil swings. Hold positions for 3-5 days. The swaps are low, so they don't eat into my profits. The platform doesn't close out positions when they roll over at the weekent. For the first time, open trades aren't causing me to panic or feel the need to constantly monitr them
No need to download the app. I opened website in Chrome. Everything works good. Bought, sold, no hassle at all.
Wanted to open a bigger gold position. Hit some 50 lot limit per trade. Had to split into two orders. Spreads ate extra. Not a dealbreaker but why. Everything esle works fine. Fast fills. Just trade my size.
Scalped GBP/JPY on M1 this morning, Usually fills are instant. Then NFP hit and my entry was 3 pips off. Not awful, but when you are in and out in 10 seconds... Platform doesnt freeze, just need better execution on volatility.
My manager, Mark, noticed that I was trading too much last month. He called me and said I was chasing losses. I denied it. He pointed to my stats: 47 trades in three days. That embarrassed me. He recommended I take a break and sent me a video on risk management. I watched it and it actually helped. Until now, nobody cared if I blew up my account. That feels strange, but good.
