Non stop cold calling which is illegal
Non stop cold calling which is illegal. They bombarded me with so many calls daily despite me saying don’t you ever call me again. After speaking with a nice agent we said that most agents in this company are traumatized and pressured to close deals and they’re not paid basic salary or good insurance plus they are forced to make ridiculous number of calls daily. She mentioned that the company is buying awards like “ best place to work” etc but the fact of the matter is that agents lost their self esteem, motivation and confidence due to the bad treatment

Absolutely useless and a complete waste…
Absolutely useless and a complete waste of time and effort. Signed a contract to sell my apartment a month ago since then I had not been contacted once for viewing or replies to my messages or phone calls. Had several cancellation by Fatima there agent to attend the apartment for photoshoot. I don't believe that their feedback is genuine at all. More than likely it's done by staff. Stay well clear .
