We enjoyed doing business with Metropolitan Bus Charter. The communication and updates were great. Our driver, Tammy was a joy to work with. She was patient with us. She even helped us distribute food to participants. She picked us up on time and got us back to Birmingham in a timely manner. She shared with us how much she enjoys driving for Metropolitan. Thank you so much for helping to make our efforts a huge success.

This company left 30 children and 5 adults stranded in Forrest Falls at Winter Church Camp. The driver never showed up for pick up, apparently sent a picture of a random road to their dispatch, and never returned any of my calls. When I called the emergency after-hours line, none of the emergency dispatchers could be reached. I spent three hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on. We ended up finding another transportation company that came out, picked them all up, and brought them home safely. Zero communication from my trip coordinator Elena Tarasova, and zero communication from the driver Cash, other than a text at 12:34 pm that read "road blocked, call my company" and then multiple vulgar texts after 7 pm which I ended up blocking. Even though the Camp itself, the California Highway Patrol, and the other transportation company had no issue getting them back home safely. Do not use this company. Irresponsible and they put people at risk.

Great jo! Everything went as planned. Driver was excellent and communicated with us fully. Never any concern about our transportation showing up where needed. Would definitely use them again.

Tim was a great driver. The venue did not provide much space for the bus to get into and turn around but he maneuvered it like a champ!

We used 3 metropolitan shuttles to bring our wedding party to and from our wedding venue, as well as our guests to and from the hotel. Every shuttle driver was extremely kind, helpful, respectful, and reliable the entire day, making the experience so enjoyable for our guests and us. Elena was also so communicative and helpful leading up to the wedding, helping us stay within our budget and developing a smooth shuttle schedule. We are so grateful we decided to hire them for our favorite day!

BJ (our driver) was wonderful and flexible to a few changes that we made to the itinerary.

The driver was patient and friendly. Most of all he made sure the wedding party arrived at the wedding and then back home safely. The roads were very curvy and dark in the mountains and I appreciated his care.

Driver was timely, polite and efficient.

Everything was done professionally and in good order. The driver Sandy was well prepared and got us there and back with no problems. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to whom may ask me.
