We are Girl Scouts that went to tour the White House and D.C. Metropolitan Shuttle worked with us to keep our costs low. The drivers were great. They were available for the girls to get back on the buses after the tour through the White House to get backpacks and lunches. I highly recommend them.

Metropolitan Shuttle is the worst! I can only speak for Colorado reservations, however it seems like the norm nationwide. They are not registered to operate in each state or by the FMCSA. They do not insure their vehicles cause they do not own them they sub it out to the lowest bidder. You may find yourself SOL on your important day without buses cause they are waiting for the lowest bid to come in. Do not risk your job, event, or travel on this company!!! Save your own money and do the hard work booking with a real brick and mortar business. This company will leave you holding the bag in so many ways.

A great day...one tech problem with chargers but driver fixed it pronto. Ask for Mr. Vernon Allen as your driver!

Overall good experience with booking and our driver. The bus was old and in need of maintenance.

After having such a horrible experience with a different bus company, it was a pleasure working with Metropolitan. They answered my questions in a time fashion and were absolutely honest with their replies. Being a small non-profit, their rates were reasonable for the size bus we needed. The driver the day off was courteous, professional and on time. I will definitely reserve with them for our future trips. Thank you so much!

Very happy with metropolitan shuttle. They arrived early and driver was very pleasant. He treated our football team with respect. I give him credit for having to ride home with a bus full of sweaty smelly high school football players.
