I had a blocked drain and had arranged it to be cleared through my insurance company. They did not instruct Metro Rod correctly so the work was not carried out initially as intended. It was getting late and I was getting concerned. I then had a call from a lovely lady at Metro Rod, who had arranged for someone to come at short notice. Gary arrived with a very positive attitude. It was an awkward job, I thought, but he finished it in about 20 minutes. He was very friendly and also made some recommendations to help prevent the same problem recurring. On that basis I would highly recommend the company, both the technicians and the back-up staff

Excellent 5-star service from the Norwich branch of Metro Rod.
We had Charlie come out to deal with sluggish and smelly internal kitchen and bathroom drainage in our City flat.
He was on time, very professional and used a specialist milling machine to clear the pipes properly. He was very respectful of the property and left everything as tidy as possible.
A very stress-free experience from start to finish which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Great service.

We had a blocked bath and sink upstairs, hair (once again) from the girls in my house. Anyway, Brin came over at the time he was expected and I received a call from their office to tell me they were on the way. Brin was professional, polite and just a decent guy. He managed to unblock the pipe in minutes, I was over the moon.

We have used other companies in the past, but will use MetroRod if we are unfortunate enough to have the issue again.

The drain was blocked and a pleasant young man called Owen not only cleared the blockage but swept and cleaned the overflowing debris on my patio.
He arrived after 8pm, even though it was dark. He was very polite.Job well done!

Booked to empty two septic tanks at same location, charged the same amount for both jobs even though one was documented for less money due to no call out fee/ no travelling time and it was only half empty.
Promised mutable times that the bill would be looked at and reduced. Over 6 months later no alterations and broken promises.
Throughly dissatisfied and disappointed with the company.
Money grabbing at the very least with bad communication skills.
Will not be using for any of my property portfolio or large family custom.

Dundee mertrorod were very good, our engineer William was top notch and very informative, the only reason why we didn’t give 5* was that the pricing for the job was a bit opaque, an hourly rate included in the job quote would be helpful.

Really good service . The y let me know when they would arrive and weee on time. Lewis was on it straight away and sorted the problem with no fuss ! Even took the time to send me some pictures so I could split the bill with the neighbour.

Ricky was very professional and was of great assistance in resolving my issue.

Brillant lads that came.. fitted a great draining system too stop water comeing towards the property.. hopefully the water leak will get sorted soon
