The entire ordering process went smoothly. It was the shipping cost that caught me by surprise, but after considering how shipping companies sometimes fail to fulfill people's orders, I decided to take a chance, and Metro Screenworks did not disappoint. First time buyer here. Bought a replacement screen door for my patio slider. The ordering process was easy and the door shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging was exceptional - packed in a very robust wooden frame - and the door arrived looking like new. The size was perfect and it installed easily, and the color was perfect. My only quibble is the price. Yes, the door was exactly what I was looking and couldn't find anywhere else, but still . . . it was expensive.
