As the previous comments mentioned, this site is really a scam.
Couple of days ago my card details got leaked and I nearly lost (God knows how much) money from my bank account. Had to get myself a new card.
I wouldn't trust this site at all. It is truly a scam. I was using their app for couple of months, it is seriously bad concept. It uses internet connection to download contents of the app including videos, nearly every part of the app. Like yeah, when I used this app the download rate went crazy high (2 GB per 20 minutes of usage), even ping was at 100ms or worse.
My credit card didn't have to be leaked from this site, but I haven't used a more "shady" site ever so its most likely that this was the case.

This is a scam. They take your money and then you don’t get access to your account. Any attempt at getting support from them results in them just further sending you from pillar to post and then eventually they ignore you. There is a reason they have 1 star ratings on Google Play and Apple Apps. Will be opening a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Stay away from this scamming company!!!

Worst app that I've faced. I paid my money for 3 months. Contacted them and they did nothing. They said that they fixed the problems, where I could not use the app. I asked 3 times for refund and third time they just ignored my request. I lost my money, wasted my time on communicating with them and even couldn't use app at all. Please just don't use the app. There are a lot of better apps. I've been scamed, so be careful.

It's pretty good. The design is simple to use and the personalized plans are a nice touch. I appreciate tracking my progress and the reminders keep me on target. My jawline has clearly improved, but it could be better.
