EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I ordered two pieces for my birthday about a month ago. I have not received and had reached out to customer service to inquire about an ETA on my arrival. I was told one piece was sold out but would be made and shipped when done (no ETA) and the other piece was in stock. I asked if they could be shipped to me since I the other piece was not in and was told I would have to pay a $15 dollar fee. I went back and forth with emails asking for ETA and my question was not answered. I am still waiting for my dresses because there is not a refund policy. Very disappointed!!! Will not be ordering from this company again!

The dress was just as it was described on their website. It was truly stunning and amazing shipping!

Everything was great. The dress arrived in time, the company is helpful and always responds.
The only thing is that I didn’t acknowledge that the dress is a bit see through (but I could’ve asked)!! Everything else is great!

Shipping has been reliable, sizing is generally true to fit, and the designs feel current without chasing trends that will look dated in six months.

The skirt looks super cute on, fits true to size. Shipping took a bit longer than estimated, but it arrived safely.

Waited months for the whole order, which was split in two.
Broken jewellery, dresses several sizes smaller than their size guides, and refused to give me the address to post back.
Such a shame. They look good online but in reality just a sham.

I bought a two piece set for my birthday which looked amazing on the site. It arrived in nice packaging however the outfit was cheaply made. The rhinestones were superglued to the corset and a few rhinestones fell on before even wearing it. A hole tore into the corset's netted/mesh fabric the night I wore it . Also the skirt was made out of a thin plastic material and the plastic layering was peeling the whole entire night. I wore it once because it was not in good enough shape to wear again. This outfit was about $200 after a discount. Also, I'm habitual online shopper who does not generally experience issues with my clothing from other stores.

The clothes look amazing on the website and I have ordered from them before and trusted that the outfit would be as expected from the last time. I ordered a red dress size medium . I received a xxs size instead thats how it fitted. No Big Deal right ? I brought this dress for a cruise ended up wearing a sweatsuit because it was so small. When I returned I immedialty contacted them for an exchange and or refund . They denied my claim stating I was to late .It took them 5 days to respond to an email. I ended up filing a chargeback to get my money back. Lets just say I will never buy from them again, not because the clothes didnt fit right because of their customer service. It is horrible!

Please avoid!!! Stuff will not arrive and you won’t get your money back!!!

I ordered in December have been fobbed off multiple times and it’s not February. My item hasn’t arrived and they tried not to give me my money back. Thank goodness I used my credit card.

I loved every dress ordered from Mew Mews. High quality materials and designs, cutting edge and distinctive. Something for every taste and elegant for any age.

My skirt set arrived and the quality and fit were way better in person than expected. For context, I ordered a skirt set, midi dress and blouse and pants set. All of which are amazing. The material is not thin or cheap. The sewing and stitching is exactly what it should be. Mewmews has become my new obsession!

I ordered a dress for £150, when it arrived it looked like a very cheap copy of what was presented on their website. When I tried to return it they told me my only option was to exchange for a gift voucher of % of the dress value and that I could keep the dress (that I did not like and wanted to return). Eventually after weeks of back and forth they agreed to return, at my own cost. I followed their instructions to send it back, (they would not provide an email address or a phone number or a tax id required by the shipping companies). Anyway when eventually the return arrived to their warehouse they rejected it and the feedback to the courier company was that they did not order it!! When I contacted them further about this they no longer respond to my emails. Be warned, it’s not worth the hassle - £150 plus £30 for return. Customer service is friendly yes but they don’t solve the issue and as I mention above stopped responding. I doubt positive reviews are genuine

Terrible experience with them and I would NEVER use them again. The item didn’t fit and was terrible quality. They don’t offer a refund and only offered 75% gift card and want to charge me £30 to return the item! Awful return policies. The dress was for a very special occasion and cost me a lot of money that I have now lost. Would never purchase from them again.
