Item just left outside house
Had an email saying package (tee shirt) would be delivered on 29/7/22. Apparently held up in customs even though at time of purchase it stated item would be sent from U.K. warehouse. Item delivered on the 5/8/22 whilst I’m on holiday and get sent a picture of item dumped outside my house. Whether it’s there when I return from holiday who knows.

The order never arrived
The order never arrived. After 2 weeks of chasing, the order still never arrived.
I am expecting a full refund, but there clearly some warehouse issues and a lack of communication between different employees in different countries. Disappointing.

Great service - poor clothing
The service was absolutely excellent and thats what merits the 3 star review I am giving. I bought two items, they were delivered quickly and the return process was very easy (although it costs for returns). They were very good at responding to my emails as well.
Unfortunately, although the clothes look great on the website, they felt like they were of very poor quality - both fabric and design. They were ill fitting and they were not the standard you expect when you're paying a pretty high price. Hopefully they can improve the quality of their clothing and I will definitely return - because the designs look fantastic but they just feel so shoddy!
