I had 3 pairs of Meyer 'New York' trousers after about 2 years of casual occasional use the material totally disintegrated and threw them out. I contacted customer service but they didn't want to know. This is an alleged 'premium' product, relatively expensive. It's like paying for a 5 star hotel and getting a hostel.

Do not trust this company.
Purchased 2 pairs of chinos on their website - on-screen I was advised to expect an order confirmation email which didnt arrive. I emailed 1 day later asking for the order confirmation - they ignored my email.
After 4 days the order has not dispatched and I STILL didnt get a reply or any order confirmation despite the payment leaving my account. AGAIN I contacted them this time via Instagram - that was also ignored. I waited another day and outlined that if I didnt get a reply I would be leaving a negative review - that was ignored AGAIN.
I am new disputing the transaction directly with Visa - the company are thiefs, do not trust them with your credit card information. Frauds!
