You made it great by not asking me to go back and forward in to my email and not asking stupid questions. I do not have an alternative password and I cant keep up with companies that tell me I have got the wrong password. I also loved your products, as you had just the right colour and length in curtains and the white bedding is beautiful. Excellent Customer Service
I had an enquiry with MFI before making a purchase & sent this via the link on their website. I had a reply from Victoria Mansfield who confirmed that this had been escalated to the manufacturer as she was unable to provide the answer. The email from Victoria was polite & outlined what action she had taken on my behalf as well as managing my expectations regarding timescales.
The response from Victoria then detailed the answer to my question which enabled me to make the purchase for my mum.
