Bad service

Bought my product 13th october 2024 on their website. A week later, the 20th, no message of my package shipped, okay, it can take some time. 2 weeks later and nothing.

They have their whatsapp linked, where it says you can write to them. I wrote to them and no answer back, and no date for when they are going to ship my order. I called them, no answer and no text.

Then some hours after calling them, I've gotten an email stating that my order is cancelled "at my request?!" and my payment has not yet been refunded.
