Not delivered when promised

Delivery was promised for Monday if I got the order on before 11:30 AM Friday, which I did and the delivery turned up on the Tuesday

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations with this order. As discussed, your order was despatched by us on the Friday for a next day delivery. However, as we use third party couriers, delivery is out of our hands and, unfortunately on this occasion, we were let down by them and they failed to deliver on Monday. We spoke with the couriers as soon as we were aware of an issue and delivery was made 09:35 Tuesday morning. We will be happy to offer a discount if you do choose to order with us again.

Quick service

Order process easy, delivered within 2 days from order. Had a slight hiccup with delivery, our fault as delivered to site and no one was there to take parcel. They contacted me to arrange redelivery with a morning slot, although was a charge for redelivery. Would recommend.
