I bought quite a lot of timber from…
I bought quite a lot of timber from this company in the past 6 months for nearly £1000. In the month of August 2025 I made a return for some timber I bought which was not in good shape. The company in the Hamilton branch. The guy there said once they got the timber back they will refund me my money. It was already more than 2 weeks I did not hear from them about the refund. I keep on phoning them they said they are too busy and they will phone me back. On September the 2nd and 3rd 2025 I phone them again. Same story they will phone back. I phone again and this time the guy said that the boys are still doing the stock take and once they the return timber they will call me back again. It is ridiculous the way the treat customer. I wonder what my return and refund has to do with their stock take. I am not happy with them.
