The young lady, Tammy, who helped us design our kitchen was extremely able, talented. patient and very helpful. (She was particularly helpful when I accidentally broke the hob right after installation.)
The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the delivery was as promised, on the date the kitchen instalment commenced.

Good Service and Reliable Timber
The timber I required was easily ordered and having used this company before I knew it would be correctly sized and of good quality. In this instance as it was a small amount of long sized timber that would not be easily collected I had to use their delivery service which added to the costs but a mans time, a vehicle all costs money. The delivery was on time and I was kept informed.

Pedestrian Gate Vertical Fully Boarded
I bought the Pedestrian Gate Vertical Fully Boarded (SKU: RMG001PGC-07). The instructions seem to have been created by an escape room company. An absolute joke. Would it hurt to have a few lines of written instructions? It would have been really easy to assemble if the instructions had a few key lines of written instructions. Lazy by the manufacturer. This review is no reflection on MGM Timber who were very good.

Very poor quality timber
Very poor quality timber. The posts and timber pieces were warped, and many of the boards arrived cracked. Around half of the boards had splits or cracks in them, making them unsuitable for a quality project.
I expected much better quality for the price. Disappointing product and poor quality control.
