I recently ordered 3 different parts/items from this company, and after confirming the order and it began to process, I received a subsequent email from the company saying that they made a error with the “online pricing” and I was asked to pay a additional £60.00 GBP, I then received a invoice for over a £160.00 GBP and when I contacted the company to COMPLAIN and asked for a reasonable solution, I then received a email from the Director of the company saying that my orders had been “cancelled” and my money refunded, which is NOT WHAT I expected or WANTED as I needed the vehicle parts, I also do not consent to or agree with my order being cancelled, but I was simply left high and dry as the Company Director (Mike Aldridge) took a view that this was the best option for me (without any consultation with me) or any reasonable explanation other than they didn’t want me to feel held to ransom, when infact the pricing issue related to ONE part, and although I had two separate orders, 1with 1 part and the other order 2 parts, yet , all three parts were CANCELLED, which is completely unacceptable and certainly unprofessional for any company to treat their customer!!

Sadly the part I ordered an o ring for the Rover 623GSI was to small, the o ring was for the oil cooler, but I noted when I bought the oil cooler their was two part numbers, and it maybe the o ring I got was for the other oil cooler that was out of stock.

Good experience with this seller, just the price of the piece that doubled in a few minutes ....

Good service, great prices. Goods arrived ok, boxes a bit shaken up but content was in perfect condition. Website could benefit from having diagrams to locate and reference parts.
