We've worked with MI PA on a number of projects and they've been excellent - clear communication, regular updates and reliable support that really takes the pressure off. A great team we'll happily work with again

Mi PA has been the backbone of my business since I started out. To have the ability for a professional to answer the phone, as one of your staff, know what to say and how to say it to potential customers, and then pass that information back to me to follow up has been incredible. I cannot recommend Mi PA highly enough. ig you are in business and no one is answering your phone, you are losing money, business, and clients!

I have been using MiPa for a number of years whenever we have required additional ad-hoc support. I would not hesitate recommending their services both for call answering and virtual PA support

They were super professional, friendly and good at communicating. I can imagine them being fantastic for inbound calls / secretary work - that seems to be the main focus.

My objective was to have them help me call people interested in my services that had came from facebook ads, and get them onto a strategy call. They said they could help.

They worked 100 leads for a month, and did not book any of them. When I would jump in, I would set 1 out of 15. All the leads that they contacted ended up blocking my information. I understand there is a learning process but for me that was not viable.

I wanted to end the 2 month contract early as it was not only costing me for their service but costing me leads that I was paying to collect. It was within their right to hold me to the contract. I stopped using the service after one month but still paid the second month.

Again, they were helpful, professional and would be great for inbound enquiries, but if you are looking for call setters I would not recommend it.

The team are professional and clearly have a culture of quality and customer service. Their skillset is remarkable and their responsiveness impressive. They add great value to my business.

I have worked with MiPA for years now. They handle both call answering and PA services for me. Being on the tools most days I would rather messages were answered and my customers and prospects know it has been recorded rather than them leave a voicemail and wonder if I will ever get back to them! If you dont have someone answering your phones then try these guys out and discover the freedom of no distraction while working on a task.

Excellent service from Helena and the team and MiPA. We used them to help manage our inbound calls during a particulary busy period, they integrated seemlessly into our business.

Very good service, very ueful if you are not always around to answer the phone. Always helpful when you need them.

I have employed MiPA to look after two of my businesses (quite different in content) after having worked my way through 3 previous PA services where I was not satisfied with their service. Emma, and all her team, are exemplary and a delight to work with. We have worked with Emma's team, who are all super friendly and professional, to look after all of our calls, and had her team help us out when we lost admin staff, and on every occasion they have excelled. Our customers know that their call is valued and on the very rare occasions I've had call to query something with them, they have addressed it immediately and impeccably. I simply can't recommend them highly enough and do recommend them to all my small business contacts who need this service.

I have known the amazing people at Mi-PA for some time and have become a "Mi-Call" client. Mi-PA answer calls for me when I am away from my phone or just busy, The also take sales enquiries for me from time to time.
The Service I get as a client is faultless and the services my callers get is equally 1st rate. I know I can rely on them and I now never miss a call.
If you are considering a service like Mi-PA, be it call answering, as I use, or a more involved service you would be looking a long time to find anyone this good and I believe trying to find someone better would be impossible.

This company is sending marketing emails to my personal email address without explicit consent. Initial attempts to communicate with this company have failed as the sender "Emma Mills" has not responded to why she is emailing me without consent.

Sent an email to Noah as per reply to initial review, but have not heard back - no acknowledgement on receiving my email or whether they are investigating my complaint.
