bought the watch2 pro
bought the watch2 pro, use less than 2 weeks then spoiled, the watch still look perfect outside but just no reaction, asked for a replacement, but they asking me to keep the box then can replace or refund! Very bad experience 😕
Older it’s genuine and trustworthy move…
Older it’s genuine and trustworthy move to other country purchased a product hope it’s a good product becouse of my experience before . Xiaomi motor 4 th 2nd gen i just purchased and while in short period there is some issue with tyre and other.go for service centre not available in my current and I choose to other branch , I Jst disappointed and regret because of this mi services . It’s false decision to choose you . Stilll searching for fix this .
I bought phone with some accessories…
I bought phone with some accessories which of course I didn’t receive it.
Looks like stolen by DPD Driver Atul, called dpd they said is lost.
Called Xiaomi the send some form which says “ The relevant department typically handles such cases within 1- 2 working days” passed more 2 working Days.
They keep saying they cannot contact them directly.
Un useless customer service!!!
It's very difficult to return…
It's very difficult to return something, the support doesn't explain it, the collection company doesn't know what to do. I called some, I called others...they just transfer me from one to another. They sent me 2 boxes, now I have to send each one separately, a total of 5 shipments. Be careful what you buy so you don't have to return it, which is impossible.!!
Still no refund
Bought a 15 Ultra bundle with a vacuum.
Vacuum came damaged so sent back and never got it back, Xiaomi got the postcode wrong twice so I went to ask for a refund.
12 days later still no money has been sent back to me, I am going through PayPal as well just in case, going on holiday soon and will have the extra stress of not getting the money back.
Purchase of the product was in May btw and we are now almost in August.
If it wasn't for the competition offering subpar camera hardware Vs Chinese ultra phone I wouldn't have bought it.
My next phone will likely be a Vivo or Oppo imported from China as this rate as Xiaomi customer support outside of china is useless anyways!
I have an Xiaomi mobile phone and am extremely happy with it
I have an Xiaomi mobile phone and also bought one for my son. I also bought us two Xiaomi smart watches. I find them very user friendly with long battery lives. I have given a five star review as we have had no problems at all with the products we purchased. Thank you for your service.
Scammers and cheaters. Avoid!
I purchase a phone and returned it within a loyal period of time 14 days. After 1.5 year I still have not got my money back. Nothing helped.
I just got a 14s and it is HUGE…
I just got a 14s and it is HUGE disappointment and waste of money. I paid more so I could have a better battery duration, and smoother navigation and it turns out worse than the 8 years old refurbished phone I had. Don't waste your money, it doesn't deliver on what it advertised
Smart Band 10 ignores low-intensity workouts — not a luxury, but a core failure
I bought the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 on launch day to monitor my health and daily workouts more accurately. I follow calm, joint-friendly routines (Pilates, stretching, yoga, bodyweight exercises, gentle aerobics) for 30–40 minutes each day. I aim to care for my body and health — and expected the device to reflect that.
Problem: The band does not recognize these low-intensity sessions, even when manually started. As a result, my activity and vitality scores remain almost zero. Ironically, simple actions like crossing the street or climbing stairs register as activity — but my intentional, beneficial workouts do not.
I’ve contacted support twice:
1. First reply: suggested to reboot the device and consult the manual.
2. Second reply: directed me to leave feedback in the app.
No technical investigation, no escalation, no promise of future improvement.
This is not a whim or luxury. If Smart Band 10 doesn’t count low-intensity workouts, it’s simply useless for people who do them. I expected a future update to improve sensitivity to these workouts, at least in manual mode — but Xiaomi didn’t even acknowledge that need.

Xiaomi TV (S Mini 2025-75)
📺 I bought a Xiaomi TV (S Mini 2025-75) directly from their official online store in August 2025. The product was defective from the start.
I returned the TV for repair under warranty, but after 5 months, I still have no functional product and no clear resolution.
Xiaomi’s customer service has been a disaster — confusing my case with a phone, giving contradictory shipping updates, and refusing a replacement because I reported the issue “after 45 days” from the invoice.
However, the TV was never used: it remained sealed in its box during home renovations. I even have camera footage and ISP proof that the internet installation occurred after the defect was detected.
The repair was marked “complete” in early July, but I still received no tracking number, and responses are just generic apologies.
⚠️ If you don’t want to deal with a brand that ignores you for months, even when you buy directly from their website, stay away from Xiaomi.
Horrendous company
Horrendous company, phone is faulty and they will do absolutely nothing. Government should crack down on them not pricing guarantee/warranty etc. Don't use whatever you do.
The pads are great but phones are not
The pads are great. Since buying one (3 years I guess), I never had any issues with it but I had issues with the volumes of Redmi phones I have. I hardly hear when the phone rings and there is one I hardly could hear even the music. I had to repair it. And to be honest, I will keep only the pad and switch to other phones.
The 3 stars is for the pad. They should work on their phones.
I was a Slaver for this brand
I was a video supplier for this company, but the company deceived me worked two years with it without any payment. So, i was a Slave in its supply chain.
Warning! Potential battery explosion.
I was happy with my Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro—until the battery swelled and caused the phone to split open.
This is a known and dangerous defect. I contacted Xiaomi Global Support, expecting them to take safety seriously. Instead, I received a copy-paste response saying they would not help because I bought the phone through eBay and not through an “authorized regional dealer.”
This is unacceptable for a global brand selling products internationally, especially when it involves hardware failure with potential fire risk. Xiaomi refuses to take responsibility even when the issue is clearly a manufacturing defect.
I have video evidence showing the damage and the model info. I expected better.
Where is the trade in bonus?
Bought the new Poco F7 Pro. There was a trade in bonus of £50. This is my second Poco purchase.
Have been told refund will be made to the original payment method.
No refund has arrived. Told there are issues between Xiaomi and Amex. Asked to pay by alternative method.
I have written confirmation from Xiaomi customer service that refund is due.
2x Staff members told me on the phone there is nothing they can do. Senior management are aware, but will not take any action or communicate. Also told this affects lots of people who bought using Amex.
If this is how management (both in UK and China) look at their customers, I will not be buying again. Shame on them.
I will mention their failures across as many social media as possible to highlight the poor attitude to customers.
My order number ends in 22621

Subject: Official Complaint Regarding Xiaomi Note 11 Pro Device
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Osama Al-Hasan. I recently purchased a Xiaomi Note 11 Pro device from turkey and I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with it.
The device has severe technical issues, such as SIM blocking, which prevents me from using the phone with a SIM card. the IMEI is unknown after factory reset, and the finger print is not working, This is an unacceptable defect for a device produced by your company. Additionally, the device’s performance is very slow and its features do not meet my expectations or justify its price.
These problems have caused me great disappointment, and I believe the product falls below the standards advertised by your company. Furthermore, I feel that I have been deceived.
I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken to resolve my issue, whether by repairing or replacing the device, or providing appropriate compensation. I also strongly urge you to improve your technical support quality to prevent other customers from facing similar problems.
If my issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action and file an official complaint with consumer protection authorities.
I look forward to your prompt response and necessary actions.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Osama Al-Hasan

Xiaomi phone - riddled with ads, crippled android
Don't buy a Xiaomi phone. They add lots of adverts, make it hard to access standard android features (eg launchers) and stop them working properly when you do manage to install them (eg gestures). That's on a £1300 flagship phone!!
The most dissapointing brand
The most dissapointing brand I've come across in a long time. Bought Remi A3 just to find out screen has a blue tint and bootloader is impossible to unlock. Even their own website and apps are confusing and inconsistent in this subject. Don't do it to yourself and avoid!
very slow.
Dear Xiaomi Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently purchased one of your phones—the Redmi A3—as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, I’ve been quite disappointed with its performance. The phone is extremely slow and frequently hangs even during basic use. I have never encountered such lag with any other device.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Abdul Rehman
