I have had no major issues
I personally did buy a Xiaomi phone the Xiaomi Poco X6 pro and I have had absolutely no problems apart from a few minor issues like there being no directors view on the camera also you can't switch camera views while recording but nothing major
Do not trust Xiaomi corporation!
My experience with Xiaomi serves as a clear warning: do not trust Xiaomi, and by extension, do not purchase from Xiaomi. The company's products reflect its values, which, based on my interactions, demonstrate a complete disregard for honesty and professionalism. In my case, they deliberately misled me, claiming it would take 10 days to update their cloud servers so I could regain access to my personal data. This claim was absurd and easily disproved using open-source networking tools, and third party investigation involved which confirmed that there were no issues with Xiaomi's servers during that time.Xiaomi’s excuse was nothing more than a blatant lie, making them look foolish and untrustworthy. This behavior extends to their products, which, being a representation of the company, do not offer any real value. If a company can't be trusted to provide truthful support, how can you trust the products they sell?In fact, you should never trust this company—not with your money, and certainly not with your personal data. Do not dare to store any personal data with Xiaomi. The people behind Xiaomi have clearly shown that they simply don’t care about you or your concerns. Their actions have proven that they cannot be trusted at all. Through misleading information and deceptive excuses, they have demonstrated themselves to be unreliable and dishonest.I am a living example of their ill attitude and complete disregard for customer trust. The bottom line is clear: do not trust or purchase from Xiaomi. Their products, just like their company values, are worthless due to the dishonesty and incompetence I experienced firsthand.

Brand new faulty Redmi A3x
Bought a brand new Redmi A3x and it was faulty - went back the very next day and they refused to replace it as I had put my sim in it so the phone had been “activated”. Eff that - poor company
Do NOT trust this company
Headquartered in China, with very limited support.
Definitely spend your money elsewhere!
My First 6 Months Trying Out Xiaomi…
My First 6 Months Trying Out Xiaomi Smart Phones
Long story short:
Bought Phone & Had Nightmare with delivery.
Phone riddled with Adverts.
Phone speaker broke after 1 month.
Phone warranty process not straight forward.
Replacement phone seems to be very laggy.
Few months later rear battery cover cracked to a light drop.
Asked if I could purchase a replacement rear battery cover from them.
They wrote back basically say NO! and highlight very abruptly my: "Warranty No Longer Valid!" (because of a cracked battery cover!?!)..
My first experience with Xiaomi has been very poor to say the least!...
I will not be purchasing another phone from them again.
Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy, they are refusing to refund me for a delivery that was not delivered and returned to their warehouse.
I am going to take legal action if I don’t get my money back. The staffs have no knowledge of what they are talking about, they are very unhelpful and shy away from dealing with customer complains. They email you from a script and follow the same script when you communicate by phone. This company should be banned from operating.
Terrible Customer Service – Extremely Disappointed
I’m beyond frustrated with Xiaomi’s customer service. I reached out for help with an issue, and instead of getting support, I was met with delays, unhelpful responses, and zero resolution. It’s clear that their support team either doesn’t care or isn’t equipped to handle customer problems. This experience was a complete waste of time and has seriously made me reconsider ever buying from Xiaomi again. They really need to step up their game because their customer service is an absolute joke.
Shameful
2 years ago i bought the poco x3 which is still under warranty but my phone suddenly go dead the service provider which they collab with go out of business and i can't get my phone repair, the new service provider they collab with is asking 60000rs for repair but i bought the phone for 40000rs,this make no sense. After a while i find out mi use some cheap thermal paste on processor of theirs phone, such a shame
XIAOMI UK WARRANTY SCAM
Bought a Xiaomi 13tpro in the official store in Westfield mall in London UK less than a year ago. Phone got some issues with battery and camera recently so I've tried to activate the 2 year international warranty that the store provided me after sale. That store UK closed in the meantime, (suddenly?) and as far I'm aware is the only one In the country. The salesman in the official store told that If I had any issue I should contact Xiaomi via chat line and activate the warranty via there. He even told me I could use that warranty if I was in Portugal Spain France etc., cause was a international warranty. I've even paid extra to get that type of warranty. To my surprise I contacted the chat line, and they couldn't find my IMEI in the warranty system. They said that I should contact the store and work with them what happened, so they refused to repair my phone and leave me to repair at my own costs in a local repair point.
My point is, have i bought a fake phone in the original store? Was all a scam and that's why the store closed suddenly? The store is Closed for good, and is the only one in UK. Should I fly to another country and visit a shop to repair my phone? This is beyond belief.
According to EU or UK laws, I have the right of 1 to 2 years warranty, so this is clearly I breach of contract.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Awful company, do not use!!!!
Order despatched nearly 3 weeks ago but not given to courier.
I'm still trying to get a response other than "it's been escalated'. They gave 6 working days as the maximum time to resolution, this has passed and still no different update.
Absolutely awful customer service. DO NOT USE!!
Terrible phones, do not buy
This companys phones are awful. I bought the Redmi A3 today because my old Galaxy S8 broke and I didn't want to buy the latest flagship, I just wanted to buy a cheap phone for social media. What happened you may ask? This phone is filled with adverts and it's slower than a snail. It couldn't play Roblox. ROBLOX! This was crazy to me because even my $200 school laptop from 2017 was able to run Roblox faster than this thing. Also, it takes a million centuries to load up YouTube and I'm tired. Returning it tomorrow.
Scammers
Hands down the worst company and mobile phone I've ever purchased. Disastrous.
Cowboys at it's finest
I wish Xiaomi was better
I wish Xiaomi would use stock Android. Miui is not useful and slow. Hyperos is fast but nothing can beat the look and feel of stock Android. I'm using the Mi A3 ( Will upgrade this year to a Google phone) and yeah this is a break from miui and Hyperos. But it had 1 year of OS updates, like seriously lol everybody (on their budget phones) is providing at least 2-3 years. At least they have improved in the hardware department, for what I can see so I'm not rating them 1 stark
I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Xiaomi's customer service. I returned my products, which they have confirmed receiving, but they have yet to issue my refund. Despite calling them three times, I was given a different excuse each time. I am now forced to escalate the matter through my credit card company. Xiaomi clearly does not honor their returns policy. I strongly advise against buying Xiaomi products.
This phone is unusable
This phone is unusable. Every button I press brings an advert, some of which can't be skipped or closed without more windows/apps opening... It is an unpleasant stressful experience, I use my phone less and less everyday. So frustrating!!
Mi smart pen gen 1 is literally a…
Mi smart pen gen 1 is literally a trash. The sensitivity of mi pad 5 is terrible as well. How can the pad detected and showed I wrote something on it when I have not touched the pad. The support team just said it is normal but how come it is normal. Would u get something on the paper even when your pen does not even touch the paper lol. It is a costly lesson. Never buy Xiaomi product and never use them.

Ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. They gave me a fake tracking order that would never indicate a delivery date. I emailed them about six times asking when I could receive my shoes and never got an answer… only to refer to the phony tracking order
