They basically butchered my address while fulfilling the order. Missed the city quadrant name, and the last digit of the postal code.

Nothing bad to say. Shipped from hong Kong to Canada in 4 days. Fair prices..

I've ordered 2 phones from them in the past and they both came very quickly. Quick customers service too. Don't hesitate to buy from mi4canada! (note for new customers, they don't provide tracking number so they have a contact email you message to get your tracking number, can find the email at the bottom of the website).

I was hesitant to buy from this store at first. However, the customer service was adequate with an email response within a business day. Also, they are reasonable with their return and refund policies. My purchase ended up being damaged by the factory. Although they took over a month to give me a refund, because the phone was out of stock and could not give a replacement, they gave me a full refund including the case and screen protectors that I bought. Overall, I would recommend trusting this store and I will most likely buy my new phone from them.

My phone arrived on time and I was surprised to find that the shipment included all the necessary accessories like screen protector, a case and an electrical plug adapter which saved me time and money to look for them.

ordered early June 2021, there was a problem with my order (due to their payment system at the time) but they reached out to me very courteously and offered solutions and was able to place a new order and being transparent.

Ordered a oneplus 9 pro. There was a small issue with the display and even though it wasn't the seller's fault (I think it's a manufacturing defect from the factory) they gave me many solutions and ended up giving me a partial refund. Excellent customer service with quick replies.

Just like some of the previous reviews I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a shot, and since trustpilot is a trust worthy site. I want to be very honest firstly I was reluctant to order phone over this site, but I talked to 1-800 number and John convinced me to order phone and pay thru pay pal its safe.

I ordered the phone Samsung S21 ultra Dual Sim and I was bit worried as i needed Snapdragon model.
I am in Mississauga Ontario and here I couldnt find Snapdragon Dual sim phone at all.

I ordered on May 24th 2021 and received May 27 2021.

I would like to say to all that with my true experience in dealing with this company I am convinced this is Legit company and I wish them all the best to do in their Buisness.

If you’re like me you’re hesitating when you see they’re in Hong Kong, but these guys were great— fast reliable shipping via DHL, good customer service (better than a lot of the big manufacturers in fact) and a fabulous price— I saved over $600 bucks off the Samsung Canada price. Highly recommend.
