Fast delivery and excellent value for money.

I ordered Prada PR A06S glasses on Black Friday and everything went well as I received the order within 5 days. I opened the box and all packaging was great but then the sunglasses were different to the ones I had ordered. The ones I got had thick white frames were not my style and completely different to the black framed style that I had ordered. A bit annoying of an experience as I have to likely return them and then buy the ones I like from a different vendor.

The best service includes customer service support shipping and a good price.
Definitely I will order from you in the future.

I’ve been eyeing the Miu Miu 09XV glasses for a while and I found them for a good price on the Mia Burton website with the Black Friday sale, so I immediately decided to purchase it with express shipping (which was around 61 Saudi riyals). Made my order on the 17th of November and received it on the 20th, and they didn’t disappoint. The packaging was perfect and the glasses were thoroughly protected and authentic. Even though I’ve purchased them before knowing this feature, but they also provide a helpful guide where you can open your front camera and see what the glasses look like on you. Mine turned out perfectly and I’m so happy with my purchased. I’ve also been eyeing another pair of glasses and I’ll 100% get them from here.

Made an order last week and I can already see where the bad reviews come from. Asked for an invoice and they sent me the wrong persons which is already a breach of data and now they're responding to my emails as if I am the person they meant to send the wrong invoice to. Literally not even acknowledging what I'm saying and responding to the wrong persons emails. They are clearly very disorganized and you should not trust them with your money or data. Look at the one star reviews on Trust Pilot and believe them before you order. I'll remove this comment once my cancellation and refund request is honoured.

I received a pair of sunglasses from Mia Burton 10 days ago. Upon my first use of the glasses, the came apart from the lenses. A small cap nut was not properly tightened on the frame and fell off causing the frame to come apart. Since the cap nut is so small, I am unable to locate it and repair the glasses myself. I contacted Mia Burton customer service regarding this recent purchase and the poor assembly of this product. I was told I have to cover all costs for replacement or repair which would be €90. Which is ridiculous considering Mia Burton sent me a poor quality and faulty product and should offer a complimentary replacement.

Purchased on September 12th, expected delivery on October 3rd. Out of stock, waited a month. Canceled. If you can wait over a year for your item, buy here.

Mia Burton, from its store located in Palermo, Italy, shipped me a pair of sunglasses (bought via Farfetch, of which Mia Burton is a partner). Unfortunately, the sunglasses I received were either counterfeit or non-100% original, as they substantially differed from the same product as it is advertised on the manufacturer website. I contacted the Farfetch's customer service, but they have been unable to provide me with information clarifying my concerns. Even the manufacturer (Garrett Leight) could not confirm that the sunglasses I had received were really original.

Superb customer support and service! Mia Burton's team has always been prompt in addressing queries about product, shipping and returns.

I purchased what were advertised as Saint Laurent glasses from Mia Burton. After receiving them, I had two separate local optometrists inspect the frames, and both confirmed they were fake. When I asked for a refund, the company refused, claiming the “safety tag” had been removed. This is nothing but a scam. They hide behind technicalities to avoid accountability while selling counterfeit products.

Avoid Mia Burton at all costs. If you want authentic designer eyewear, go directly to the brand’s retailer or trusted distributors like Nordstrom or Sunglass Hut.

I found a pair of guccis in my city that were 655 dollars which I fell in love with. I found them on Mia Burton for 320. I had little bit of doubt they would be fake, they arrived faster than expected, and they definitely checked out as the real thing!! I am super stoked!! Will definitely purchase again in future!

NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NO GLASSES!

After a very lengthy delay, and an email saying that my glasses would be sent soon and that I would receive a tracking number (I still have not), I followed up over almost two weeks later and was told that my glasses had been delivered!

Despite *multiple* requests for the tracking number, they have been able to provide one, and the ONLY “proof of delivery” is an extremely blurred photo of my verandah where there may be a small box - or it could be my husbands hiking boots!

According to Mia Burton, I was supposed to sit at home after placing the order as they do not have a “signature on delivery” service.

They have completely washed their hands of any responsibility to provide what I paid for.

Unfortunately upon sorting their reviews by lowest, I see that there are many others with very similar experiences.

EDIT: I should also mention that I placed the order due to my other glasses being broken - this has negatively affected my every day life for well over a month as I have no glasses - and it’s very disappointing that despite being several hundreds of dollars out of pocket, I’ll need to buy some more elsewhere!

ON MIA BURTON’S RESPONSE:
Before responding, Mia Burton actually had my review (exactly as it appears above) removed for “violation of guidelines / harmful comment”).
- I find this concerning and telling in itself - they are having genuine reviews removed to keep their rating “high”.

Thankfully, TrustPilot reinstated my review, but Mia Burton’s subsequent public facing response is hollow - they have already sent me the “proof of delivery” (e.g. one blurred photo with no sign of a box), and as stated above, they have completely denied any responsibility for the safe delivery of the glasses.

The blurb about wanting “to make this right” is just that - an insincere invitation written for the benefit of other people reading their reviews.
They had made it abundantly clear *before* I wrote my review, that as far as they are concerned the matter is closed.
Certainly they could reach out to me if they had any genuine intention of taking responsibility for the situation.

I’ve ordered glasses on 6th of August. It’s now 11th September and I haven’t even received a tracking link… I only got an email once, saying that my order is delayed but they can’t even say how much it’s delayed or when I will receive my glasses. It’s crazy that it has been over a month and still have not received even a tracking link…. So unprofessional.
