They sent the wrong item
Ordered a phone from what I thought was a UK company. All went well until it arrived on the Friday and was an Apple pen. I tried to call the number on the website which is disconnected. So I emailed them.
I got a very confusing response on the Monday morning at around 5am. So I replied explaining they had sent the wrong item and included a photo of the wrong item unfortunately throught google drive. They responded Tuesday 3am saying they couldn't see them so I sent them individually around 6am they responded they would check. On Thursday they confirmed that had sent the wrong item could I post it back and confirm the tracking number when this was done. Now this is the Thursday before Christmas so i did it next day hoping they'd do the same so I'd get the phone for Christmas as they were aware it was a gift. They did say the phone may not arrive for Christmas they sent me an email on Christmas day saying they would send me the tracking information. It didn't arrive until the 5th of January. They are now ignoring my emails as I want my postage back for returning the Apple pen.

Delivery info was confusing. Parcel "disappeared" for a few days between being despatched and courier receiving it. All good in the end. Good price. Product as advertised and supplied with separate UK charger.

I pad pro and pencil
Ordered an ipad pro and pencil for my sons christmas was a bit sceptical after reading reviews and because of price if it would come before christmas or at all but it did come and on time for the big day. It cane all sealed and works perfect communication was very good with them too.

broken promises.
They have the phone and over £600 of my money.
Fraud and con .
Well, here we are now 5th January and Miagadget have assured me a refund is on the way. Lies. Nothing has happened.
They have my money and my phone.
I have complied with every request for
