This website is a scam, now known as darenceparis.com. Try typing in your browser mialo.fr, and see it transform in darenceparis.com. They use dropshipping and when the order is naturally delayed, they refuse to cancel the order and make it super difficult to get a refund. BUT THERE IS HOPE (for EU citizens). KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: Here's what you can do! I opened a mediation dispute through my local branch (every EU country has one) of the European Consumer Centres Network / ECC-Net and managed to get a full refund. I also opened a case with the local Data Protection Authority in my country, as their privacy policy is largely outdated (pre GDPR) and probably copied from elsewhere.

They are liars and thieves ! It took weeks to arrive , pictures aren’t the same as the cheap quality and they don’t respond for a refund or return label , need to expose them on social media , STAY AWAY

When they finally did arrive they are terrible quality and look totally different to the pictures on the website. Now I'm trying to return them for a refund and they don't respond. Stay away!

I would not advise you to buy anything here. First, it took months to deliver the bathing suit, but they sent the wrong one. It took them weeks to reply, and they answered that I could keep the bathing suit the sent and I would get the right one. This again took more than a month, and they sent the wrong one again. At that time, I was gone for two months, so that I couldn't send it back. They don't want to give me the money back even though I asked many times for a return label to send the wrong items back, because I have never worn them as they don't fit. They responded that they were nice to give me the bathing suit because it looked almost the same, which wasn't true. They don't even want to give me a voucher. I did consider legal actions, but the amount is too small. I thought if we would combine forces, it could work. I don't think companies like this should exist. So please reach out to me if you also want to take action.

Dont ever buy from mialo. There is no delivery two months after ordering and no refund is accepted from the "team". It is ridiculous.

At the point of sale, shipping times are quoted as 6-12 days. When I contacted customer services I was told delivery is in fact 20 business days. Products are poor quality with uneven seams and loose threads still attached. There is no “Mialo” label on them, just an unbranded label that says “made in China”. The products do not look anything like they do on the website.
Customer service is also very unhelpful. The only thing French about this company is the website address. Clearly an Instagram scam that should be shut down.

Mialo.fr is a completely unreliable seller. If there was an option of -5 stars, that would have definitely been my choice!

As the majority of the reviewers point out, customer service is bad since shipping to your address usually never takes place, no matter what Mialo tells you.

I had been waiting for about a month for my order. I had then contacted Mialo, and the person responsible for the customer service (never found out his/ her name, since no one ever signed the e-mails I received!) reassured me that my order was on its way to my home! Terrible lie, I have never received anything of course.

Thank God I had made the payment through PayPal. I contacted the Buyer Protection department of PayPal four (4) weeks after the placement of my order, I followed their advice on what should be done on my behalf in order to claim full refund and that was the only way to get back my money. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't completed the payment through PayPal.

I have been waiting for my item for 2 months now. Their answer when I inquired for the package: "After many discussions with the post office, we finally got an answer from them and they had a logistical problem with it. We have taken steps to get it back on track. Your order will therefore arrive in the coming days at your home."

It has been another week and still haven't gotten my package. My advise, don't purchase anything from Mialo.

I‘ve been waiting for over 3 months for my order... Customer service advised me to stay patient. The goods come from China and not from France. Not to recommend :-(

I have just read the reviews. Too late for me. strongly recommend NOT to order. 3 months and still waiting fot the jersey. Lots of emails their reply they are sorry for the delay. Really dissapointed!

ATTENTION SCAM! Incredibly poor customer service. No information on the whereabouts of the second part of my order. Return of the first part of my order not possible until now and no responses will be delivered despite contact with the customer service. This case goes to my lawyer!

Why did I fall for this instagram scam. There is a reason, they don't allow reviews on Facebook and other platforms.

Answer to my email about cancelling: (it was shipped 14 days ago. Tracking no shows noting. Or only stuff in Chinese.)

More than 30 businesses days since I ordered and paid for 2 bathing suits and so far I am left with no items and no money. It’s a scam!

Update: I have received the items and they were horrible, terrible quality and NOTHING like the pictures. Returned them and they only refunded 1 because they were bought with a promo code and so they will only exchange, not refund. So far I am left with no item and no money. This is not a business, these are thieves and someone should put them offline.

Awful customer service, impossible to talk to. Been 20days since I ordered and still have no idea where the parcel is... terrible terrible terrible

Items looked completely different to pictures, delayed shipping and awful quality.

Never received my item, almost 2 months waiting. So disappointed. Avoid that company!
