(7 days after ordering) UPS tracking # was wrong, so I couldn't track. Their web page will not let me reset my password, who knows if I'll ever get this alternator

I got invoiced prior to shipping. I got an email saying it shipped, however it was next day when I called because the tracking number wouldn't work. The reason was it hadn't been picked up by ups.

I ordered an alternator 6/2/23, with 2 business day delivery for $98.00. The alternator was not delivered until 6/8/23. More than 4 business days later, which was no charge if I wanted 4 day delivery. Cost me another $60.00 for 2 days extra to rent my slip while waiting for the alternator.

At least this starter works. I bought a new db electric starter that won't work and they don't honor their warranty.

Good product and fair price
Good product and fair price. Don't know if it was because of the hurricane that hit down there, but site said shipping could be delayed which it was slightly. Didn't know it was even shipped till got a notification from UPS. The website still showed waiting fulfillment of order up to the day ups said it was out for delivery.
