I deposited my 20 for my 1st time deposit bonus and won a little more than 500 ..around 6t0 or so..requested 500 withdrawal and not only did they take FOREVER to respond but they told me I could only get my initial deposit back because a friend I REFERRED this casino to sighed up under my wifi ...so NOW they won't allow me my winnings...DO NOT play this site....IF YOU WIN....they will only DELAY and find ANY reason to NOT PAY YOU what you WON

This business is a straight up scam! I am disappointed because I truly enjoyed playing there games (slots). This casino was being promoted by Floyd Mayweather which is why I downloaded the app TMT floyd mayweather casino to begin with. I ended up winning $1200 on wheel of chance and another slot. After winning I clicked on the TMT app only to be directed to a totally different onlince casino, requesting that I make an account. I was so confused because why am I being directed to a different online casino that isn't affiliated with miami club casino. I via chatted with a rep who had no knowledge that an app existed. I explained to her everytime I signed in to play it was through the TMT app. After that conversation she sent me a link to click on that would allow me sign in. The link she sent kept routing me back to our chat. I was able to login after a while from my computer. So, once logged in I tried withdrawing my winnings. They told me I need to submit my ID, mail with my address & the front & back of my credit card to verify who I am and also because I requested a paper check. I did everything they told me to do yet they still haven't sent me my winnings. Instead I kept getting the same repetitive email, requesting that I send documents to verify who I am. The customer service reps are all fake people (Zara, Eleanor, Liane, Shea). They kept telling me the same thing send requested documents, send requested documents. If your reading this review please please please whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS CASINO. Scam scam scam. I worked on New Year day telling my co-workers they should download the app and play but I'm glad they didn't because they scamming people.

Been back and forth with there "support" team for the past week. And nothing I send them works.. did everything correctly cashed out at 500$ and now they won't pay it. 5/5 would not recommend them..

Horrible scam. Hit big money four different times and each time the screen would darken and say server error and send me back to the previous spin. Only happened when I hit big money! I took photos where you can actually still see the symbols slightly of what the big $ spins were. Support told me to try another browser. I asked, why, didn't the support Google browser,? Offered no resolution. Have record of the entire interaction and server error messages on big spins.

I've had nothing but a good experience with this site. Customer service is prompt and polite. I received my payout (check) within 48 hours of cashing out. They fed ex'd it to me immediately. They do ask that you deposit the check instead of cashing (being since it's from Canada, I assume). The bank gave me no trouble at all and did not hold for a lengthy amount of time, it was available the very next day.

The website makes it too hard to retrieve your winnings. in other words buyer beware

I took a $20 free bonus which the casino offers every month. And lo and behold I hit the jackpot, and turned the $20 into almost $ 20,000. Very excited about that, so I requested a withdrawal of $2,500, the weekly max. After a couple of days I got the E mail saying my withdrawal was declined and my winnings were confiscated. Quite a deflating experience. But hey, you can take out $150. Here’s the lesson : READ THE T&C if you take any bonuses.. I did not and paid the emotional price. I was naive. For anyone registering i got Bad-news, website claims there's a bonus code for my country, but the bonus code doesn't work and i got told that my account is not eligible for any no-deposit bonus and that i can play with own deposits without any limits...
