I would give this company zero stars if I could. I rented a jet ski for the day, and the entire experience was a nightmare. First off, the jet ski I received was in poor condition. It barely ran and kept stalling. When I tried to reach out for help, no one answered the phone. I left multiple messages and never got a response. The worst part was when I showed up at the location, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. It seemed like they couldn't care less about my concerns.
To top it off, I was charged an outrageous fee for a supposed "maintenance issue" that I believe was completely fabricated. I feel completely scammed by this company, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of other places to rent from that actually value their customers.
Avoid this company at all costs!
