Worth the wait!!

Customer service is the best. I contacted them on the messenger and they answered all my questioned. Over a few days I asked questions about some bracelet options. I ended up purchasing a 10mm bracelet and I absolutely love it. They had to make the bracelet for me since it was handmade and I was so excited. Once it got the bracelet, I was so blown away that I went ahead and ordered the matching chain. I still haven't received the chain but I am very excited since my bracelet was a 10/10.

I ordered a chain on the 22nd it says right when you ordered it allow 6 to 10 days for the item to be made .on the 24th I decided I want the claspe engraved and went to call them but I couldn't find a number for them so I sent a email .they did not respond until the 26th but I guess I didn't see it so as I went to respond to them about what I wanted I got a shipping email .OK my fault I guess as I should have known when I ordered but still really put off on no number .so I got it it's OK like I said .but I left a 3 star on there used review site because of the no phone # I stated in original review I wouldn't return it do to silver flucations I'll jusy keep it .well I then got 10+ emails asking me to return it(when right off riff i said I wouldnt) 2 phone calls .I had to tell them to leave me alone .we'll judge me asked me to update review i down graded then to a 2 star for after experience and then I was getting emails again ...stay away ...update once again ,ive stated so many times from the get go i would not return it and here they go again being pushy about returning it stay away from these guys learn from my mistakes

From the beginning, our intention was to help resolve your concerns. You mentioned wanting to return the item, and we immediately offered an exchange or a full return, including waiving any restocking fees. This was not an attempt to silence you, but a standard good faith effort to make things right for a customer who was unhappy.

Regarding phone communication, your original review requested a phone call and our phone number. We did reach out to you by phone shortly after. You asked that we not contact you further by phone, which we respected. For clarity, we do not publicly list our phone number due to scam and robocall volume, but we do provide phone support upon request and did so in your case.

As for response times, while most messages are answered within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded), there are times during high volume periods when replies can take longer. That said, we did respond and continued to communicate in an effort to resolve your concerns.

We repeatedly offered a return or exchange, even after your update, but you ultimately decided not to proceed. At no point were you pressured to remove or change your review. Our only goal was to fix the issue with your order.

We respect your experience and your decision, but we believe it is important for others to know that we stood ready to resolve the situation and honor our policies.

I also want to clarify the phone number concern. We do not list our phone number publicly due to the extremely high volume of scam and advertising calls that come with doing so. That said, we do provide our phone number upon request, which is stated in our messenger, and we are always happy to share it directly with customers who ask.
If you were ultimately unsatisfied with the chain, we are willing to have you return it for a full refund. Once the return is received, the refund will be issued.
If we’re able to resolve this with a full return and refund, we would appreciate it if you would consider updating or removing the public review to reflect that the matter was handled and closed. That said, the return and refund option stands regardless.
If you’d like to move forward, just let us know and we’ll send over the return instructions right away.
