The tour was fantastic—we saw everything from South Beach to all the key spots. It was such a smart and affordable way to figure out where we’d like to go back and spend more time. Highly recommend!

Absolute waste of time. Waited an hour in the sun only for the bus to come and then only let 10 people on. Bought a ticket for two for over $200 and was stuck waiting till 3pm because they overbooked and had no order when letting people onto the bus. When we asked for a refund they refused and just told us to keep waiting for a bus. Do not recommend. Do not use these people at all. Waste of time and money.

This was by far the worst sightseeing tour I've ever experienced. We booked a city and boat tour in Miami. The guide on the bus spoke Spanish 90 percent of the time. He whistled at all the women and constantly tried to recruit additional passengers during the drive through Miami. Sorry, but that's not what we paid for. Then, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the boat. Nobody told us when or where the bus would pick us up after the boat trip. We eventually found the bus by searching around and then learned that it wouldn't be returning for another 1 hour and 20 minutes. We had to sit around and wait the whole time.

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE! BUS WAS SUPER OVER CROWDED PPL FOUGHT TO BE ON THE TOP THEN WHEN IT STARTED RAINING THEY HAD PPL COME DOWN AND SQUEEZE IN THE BOTTOM, KIDS WERE GETTING SMASHED ADULTS IN OTHER ADULTS LAPS, DRIVER WAS CUSSING AND YELLING. THEY SAID THEY WERE TAKING US TO LITTLE CUBA BUT TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT IS KNOWN FOR BAD HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND THEN ASK US TO GET OFF THE BUS AND WALK TO THEIR LITTLE PUB AND HAVE A DRINK. DRIVER LEFT PPL ON THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PLACE KNOWN FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING? THEN TRIED TO SELL PONCHOS HE BOUGHT AT THE DOLLAR STORE FOR 5-10.00. BUS KEPT MAKING STOPS IT WAS SO BAD TO THE POINT PPL WERE DAMANDING TO BE TAKEN BACK TO WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR TICKET THE HOST ARGUED AND SCREAMED AT EVERYONE AND THEN ENDED UP JUST LEAVING THE BUS. PPL ON OUR BUS CALLED TO COMPLAIN AT THE STORE AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN WE GOT BACK PPL WERE DEMANDING REFUNDS AND WOULDNT YOU KNOW IT WHEN WE GOT BACK IT WAS LOCKED UP AND CLOSED. A 2 HOURS BUS RIDE TURNED INTO ALMOST 7 HOURS OF HELL. WENT THE NEXT DAY AND TRIED TO GET A REFUND AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD US TOO BAD AND TO KICK ROCKS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN SCAM ARTISTS AT THEIR FINEST!!

trip on old and dirty buses, 2 stops very boring 1 in a Cuban restaurant (30 minutes) 2 in a Cuban neighborhood, there is absolutely nothing to do or see there.
The cruise takes place on an old ship on which participation in TIMESHARE is offered, do not be fooled in their timeshare lottery, they will sell your personal information

avoid the open bus tour , tree branches across the street aren’t cut and i cut my head and eye and several other people were whipped by branches too low for a open top bus ( even with ducking ) health and safety hazard should not be running whilst they are like that , came home with a big cut on my scalp

Both Miami trips I took with this agency were excellent. The drivers were punctual, kind and entertaining.

They were hospitable and accommodating to a family of 6 although there was a slight mishap in their booking. Website may need a little tweaking.

The owner of Miami Tour Company reached out to apologize for their partners behavior and offered a refund as well as ride with another partner who takes covid a bit more serious. I wasn't able to take that boat ride due to weather conditions before leaving Miami.

Miami tour company does not adhere to Covid guidelines!! Their reasoning the city of Miami doesn't make us so we do things the American way, which I was told, is people over profits. Daily their boats are packed to the max if not more. No room to social distance. Then they make jokes about, once you start drinking, the masks will come off! They are hosting super spreader boat cruise. Sail at your own risk!!
