Working product, arrived on time

5 star review is based on product performance and delivery.

Bought a miao miao 3 from miaomiao.eu

The website looked dodgy and even more so when it sent me to another site to make payment, but I wanted one so I just risked it and went for it.

The website said 5 days delivery and it arrived in 5 days.

It was difficult to set up but I managed and will share what I experienced.

I recieved a box with a cable but no instructions (I had googled everything and knew how to work it anyways).

FIRST you need to download NRF Connect which is available on the Play Store. Once you download that, the video how to set it up is on the MiaoMiao Facebook page. It is not easy.

THEN you need to download an app called tomato which I just googled, it's not on the Play Store.

Mines is set up now and working perfectly.

Convinced this is a fake company

Convinced this is a fake company. Ordered a faulty Miaomiao 3 and sent it back as per the instructions. However, since I did so over 3 weeks ago, I have not received anything from customer service despite multiple emails both through the website form and directly. I'm considering contacting the police and informing them that this is a fake company selling fake medical devices.

I sent back two MiaoMiao2's as they were faulty.

I sent back a MiaoMiao2 as it was faulty at my own expense. I was sent a replacement MiaoMiao2 that did not work. I was informed again that I would have to send this back at my own expense otherwise a replacement product would not be provided. Consequently, I was forced to waste even more money sending yet another MiaoMiao2 back. Before sending the second MiaoMiao2 I was informed that I would receive $15 dollars, within 1-3 working days, to cover part of the delivery cost - this was back on the 2nd September. I have yet to receive a single penny despite my frequent messaging. In fact, most of my messages have been ignored.
